It looks good. However, the masala in the oil while frying them is totally not nice, and that is the reason I never make Kurkurey Bhendhi. Maybe if made in the Air fryer it would not only save oil, and also the oil that gets filled up with the masala, and also it would be very healthy to eat something crispy and chatpata with literally no oil.
