I am an Indian student in USA. I have been following this channel for some time. Like the history that you tell about food, and your calm and composed style. Most importantly it instills confidence that I can cook nice things too. Keep up the awesome work :)
Hi Ranveer i must mention this to you. A team mate of ours did this recipe and brought it to office. We tasted it and just could not leave it aside, every one wanted to know how it was prepared and finally she shared this. So kudos to your culinary skills and expertise, tomorrow being a weekend we all will want to relish it. Thanks once again for your innovative ways and this time you wont have to say "baad mein bolna nahin kay Ranveer ne bataya nahin"😊😊😊
"Aap kahenge ki Ranveer apne bataya nahi" !! That's my favorite line in all the episodes. I look forward to hear it everytime. Thank you for all the videos with all those tips and most importantly the history behind it.
I have worked with The oberoi Amarvilas, Agra,,,, as a commis chef in cold kitchen,,,,, I know how difficult is to make someone understand anything about cooking,,,, but you are simply awesome chef,,, pls accept greetings and wishes from your junior chef,,,, and yes I am also graduate from IHM lucknow,,, so you are my senior too,,, thnks again Sir🙏🙏🙏
ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਚੈਨਲ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਚੀਜ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਜੋ ਖਾਧ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਰੰਗੀ ਪਾਲਣ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ (one thing i learnt from this channel that is respect food ingredients and cherish the rainbow like culture we have.)
You are my favourite chefs of all time.. Thanks for the amazing lipsmacking tasty dishes you prepare. And love your way of subtle explanation and stories behind the origin of dish. Your narration is therapy and so are your recipes .. Great job. Keep giving us best of the best of your recipes as always.
I tried this recipe but the only exception I did is that I didn't remove the seeds (time crunch). What I did I kept the dry batter with the ocra for about 15 minutes. The seeds released a lot of water which ultimately binded the seeds. The taste was heavenly especially when you're coming home from work and need something easy but tasty for dinner. Next time I'll try to make it without the seeds. Thanks chef
Recipes are simple and tasty but that kept aside... the way you present yourself and the ingredients in the video is amazing! Stories, music, your choice of words, all as good as perfect 👌🏻👌🏻
My friend shared this recipe with me last week. She tried it and loved it. I told her that I had made a recipe of yours just the day before! Keep doing the good work.
Chef I have tried so many of your recent recipes and each one is a super hit Alhamdulillah 🌺 if I had to tell u the taste but it can only be experienced 🌹 just SIMPLY LOve THEM. ❤️ I used to think chefs do hide their secret ingredient but after eating your recipes I am satisfied to the core 🌸💕
Superb i tried and it turned out really good. I added less amchur. And it was dry till end inspite of salt so had to sprinkle little water. But amazing....thank you
Fabulous.... You made it simple... For so many years I was following all wrong steps & finally I realised preparing Kurkuri Bhindi is tedious task... Thank you Ranveer...
Thank you so much Sir for this really tasty dish. You are such an amazing person. I can watch you cook and hear you speak for hours on end. Your intelligence and volubility leaves me spellbound each and every time. You are simply impeccable in your art and a master storyteller. There is magic, politeness and humility in your voice, compassion in your eyes and your hands are undoubtedly magical. Your smile is so reassuring and beautiful. I am your biggest fan. Huge respect for your passion, your knowledge and for you as a person. Lots of love and respect and gratitude. Stay safe and healthy and forever happy
