Really nicely done. There is nothing wrong with going back to a model and adding extra details again such as iconography etc should you feel inclined. Also in regards to your chapter background, very cool idea and Dark Angels are always heretical!
I did a howling griffon marine, it was fun but I got mad when I realized I did the colors inverted. But turns out the scheme was technically correct, if I went by badab colors. And I did use a source image that was official. 😅
I loved the original badab war background information, lots of variant schemes and a different way of looking at renegades, I also considered howling griffons around the time I did my nova marines a few years ago, great colour scheme!
@@adamshobbystuff it made me into a fan of the red corsairs after a while. I think I'd do them as a chaos faction. But part of me wanted a non red and black scheme because my loyalists are red and black too. But those colors go hard together.

Dark Angels do have some odd tendencies 😂😂
thumbs up👍
Thanks as always! 👍
@@adamshobbystuff No Problem! 👍
Did your opponent have to do a sanity check when they saw that coming?! 😄
Haha it’s certainly a weird army scheme to come up against.

@@adamshobbystuff I bet you could track down a 3rd party shoulder pad supplier for the Gryffons iconography

Classic colour combo, just picked up some chaos knights that will be going red and black, great scheme for both sides.
Looking awesome mate. So many people's armies started as 'ill just do a model/unit for fun' 😂😂😂
Haha yep, starts the slippery slope!
