- Try out this Beginner Friendly Taekwondo Workout for 15 Minutes. This video covers a full Taekwondo Workout in terms of a Warm Up, Mobility, Stretching, Movement, Kicking as well as a Cool Down Stretch at the end.
This Workout is great for all Abilities in Taekwondo, it can be used as a Full Workout or a Warm Up Section to your Weekly Training Sessions.

Good stuff I study shotokan karate and judo shotokan is very similar to take kwondo
Cheers, I did Shotokan Karate for 5 years when I was younger before moving onto Taekwondo, they both have their advantages and disadvantages, I guess this Workout suits a variety of Martial Arts 🙂
Judo is good to as a secondary all the throws Nd takedowns
