This man lives in his own head in a way I've never seen. I hope to be this self aware, and introspective as I grow and mature.
You should check out his books, he's a pretty cool dude. This "daily schedule" is pretty made up, though. 100 songs a day in a cab ride? 😁
@@ram-4 IF it’s true, he’s probably only listening for ten seconds, categorizes it and goes on to the next song. Sounds horrible to me though... if I discover any song that I like, I’m going to listen to it multiple times that day. But I guess Questlove is a walking encyclopedia of music, so it makes sense for him to do something like this.

At first I was like "Questlove listens to SIX HOURS of new music a day??" But of course he does. Definitely taking this up as a challenge instead of listening to the same 10 songs on repeat.

Questlove is one of the most impressive people out there. This just goes to show how much care and effort he puts into every day. Insane.

Also at 6:30 he says he spends the next 7 hours working, but the calendar only says 6:30 to 10.
Plus if that were even true he would definitely average way less than 6 hours of sleep at night.

I love how he’s intentional about no social media or texts before 11am! All of that clogs your mind, especially in the morning.

*wandering eye. I have the same thing. Glasses correct it most of the time by keeping it in focus. He probably has contacts in so the glasses thing isn't working.

Trains in dreams usually represent situations that take a long time to complete. Being on the train, hit by the train, missing the train, or going the "wrong direction" help define what your mind is trying to process.

I think I prune everyday when it comes to music, I don't think I do up to 100 songs I know I prune on music. Questlove has a great routine, I have to try some of that meditation routine and not listening to or looking at any social media, news stuff, or whatever before bed. He is right that stuff does get in your head and make it hard to stay sleep.

Thats about 5-6 hours. Myself must take a pause and relisten after every tune.
Writing your drown your dream everyday usually leads to lucid dreams in my experience.
I've had umprompted lucid dreams since a child, I pretty much have them on a regular basis without doing anything
