This 1953 Chevy Truck has been a build we have been working, on the channel, for a while. We will continue to build it on the channel and there are more videos already loaded for it. Which we will link below. As always we make videos to help people with there projects we are not film makers because of this these videos are rough cut, in first person and I do these unscripted so i make mistakes and say um a lot. I if you have any questions or comments on the video please let us know in the comments and we will respond when we can. Good work. I would have opened those pockets above the rack and pinion boots a little more to give extra clearance, but that is just me. I would have slanted the edges like this / \ .

I actually planned to go back in and do that. The boots still rub, i don't like it. Probably happen when i take down for powder coating.

Wow bud your using flux core wire to hold suspension parts idk if that's a good idea.

So i thought they were the same in strength but you caused me to second guess myself. I just checked on the miller website and they confirmed. There is no difference to the strength of either flux-core or solid wire. It has everything to do with penetration of the wire into the field and how well you prepare the field. I'm not the greatest welder as you can see by my welds and they would have been prettier if i solid core welded it. One thing i do know is when the weld is deep enough to hold. I definitely did that and everything will hold just fine. Thanks for the comment, make sure to subscribe if you haven't already. There will be more on this project coming very soon.
