Hey Bruce !!! Great that the ""Kenwood Unit"" works well for you !!! NO more guessing where the rope or helpers are to prevent any accident !! Thanks for the Shop to allow you to video ALL that was going on with the installation as most Shops won't allow Customers in the shop do to Insurance regulations !! Enjoy your ""NEW"" Equipment & Waiting to see it in action on a recovery !! 👍👍👍👍👍
I’m jealous! My neighbor installed a system similar to yours on an older Toyota T1000. Took him about a week with lots of calls to a tech center. He was thinking about selling the truck because it just didn’t have any of those newer conveniences even though he loves the truck. Now he’s definitely keeping it. Bruce, you will love your Jeep more than ever!👍🏼
Your Jeep has become the Swiss Army knife of versatility. As always good quality content Mr Cook. Like button energized and looking forward to another entertaining winter from your neck of the woods.
It just works. People are always hesitant when I say I’m coming with a jeep to get their 1 ton truck out… there has yet to be one that it has failed on though. Thanks for watching. 🍻
They offer a couple other options, one being the standard double din size which I almost went for. Only reason I picked this one was for bigger better image of winch and rear tow point 👍🏼
@@BruceCookfmx I'll have to wait until the new year before I upgrade my unit. I still have to finish upgrading the van so I can live out of it, and get rid of my trailer.
I bought the top of the line Kenwood car audio system in 1983, and the big feature was that some fm stations had it display the name of the song and the singer. Comparing it to yours is like Comparing a Sopwith Camel fighter plane to a F-35 stealth fighter jet!!! 😂😂😂
Understandably! Denny and I know exactly what each other are going to do/are thinking when it comes to pulling in the winch. It’s everyone else that worries me… having said that, another layer of safety even for Denny is welcomed 👍🏼
That's going to be a great addition to helping you reverse with pin point accuracy, and also let you see how your helpers are doing with what you ask them to do. Not as good as you being able to get out and set things up yourself in the snow, but pretty damn close.
Great content, as always! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
You guys will be seeing this in use a bunch! Including in the next video that will be up this Thursday that was a lo more than we bargained for!
That one was a doozy.

For sure! Did my best not to get in their way but it’s sure cool to see! 👍🏼
Kevin had been doing installs for like 20 years. He's definitely good at what he does.
He’s a wealth of audio knowledge. He’s the you of audio 🤣
😅😅@@BruceCookfmx
Best part was "The Bad Boys from Boston" first song on the new radio! Aerosmith for the WIN! Sweet upgrade making life easier for you!
Amazing how quick a tech that knows what he’s doing, can get stuff like that done. Wow.
Fun to watch!
After the last video with the minivan through the cattle gate, I think that's a new firm of measurement to use. *completely random comment
🤣🤣 added to the list
16:55 , Nice.
Looking forward to seeing this equipment in upcoming videos. Especially if you tie it in to mapping and the like.

This looks like something I want to do to my Ram pickup truck.
That's cool, I was thinking about a stinger system for the cameras. Good to know there are options.
Awesome video Bruce, amazing unit.. This is more than I need, but I too need better than the stock Chrysler head unit

Very cool. I clinched a bit watching Denny stow your winch line while you powered it in on one of your recent recoveries.

sweet, now you can check and see what that check engine light is all aboot 🤣
I think that comes on from factory
I got to get me one of those!
There are gremlins in that garage!
Damn Bruce you have such a huge deck!!
You'll spend a bunch of time playing with your big 10" deck!!
🤣 thank you! (It’s 10.1” but who’s counting)
@@BruceCookfmx It must look huge in your tiny hands..... bwhaha hahaha
Jumbotron is sick!
@@pumpthebrakess now when you’re driving behind me, you can watch movies too!

Awesome new set up!!
Thanks, It’s been so useful already!
Fantastic upgrades 👏👏
⭐🙏🏆😎❤️🩹
Thank you for sharing this
And thank you for watching!
Cool. You're really getting high tech. Casey might accuse you of being even lazier now. Take care Bruce.
That’s the goal 👌🏻🤣
One sweet upgrade! I ended up getting a new truck to get some of that kinda newer tech, lol.
That works too! 🤣
@@BruceCookfmx there were other reasons too, I’m not gonna lie 😅

Hopes Kenwood calls you and want to sponsor some videos for you now ! 😉🙂
Are the cameras relatively easy to replace, if they get damaged?
Yes, there’s connections not too far from the cameras 👌🏻
What year is your Jeep… just wanna a heads up for when mine is gonna go out. 😜

Does it allow the use of the hd cameras on the other inputs if you wanted to upgrade cameras?
I believe so!
That would be a nice feature. Thanks for the awesome content.
for me that sticks way out to much but if works you great
I'm surprised that your front plate is still hanging on. That thing is ragged!
It’s got a few screws through it in various places 🤣
What was the total time needed for this upgrade?
TIA
I didn’t keep track but I think it took him 5-6 hours ish?
Nice , I want one, lol
Excites me every time I get in 🤣
You need to take backing lessons from Casey.
That’s the meanest thing you could ever say 😵😭
