I ate Arsalan and Shadab (Hyd), i say this because the way cooking is done, i mean cooking rice along with the raw meat/ i prefer saying cooking rice by the dum of mutton soaked in spices. it is different, trust me try authentic hyd biryani in famous hotels by great chefs. you'll feel it different.
