Hey, I am a Punjabi Sikh based in Ludhiana & married to a Calcutta Sikh girl. I relish Bengali food so much that during my recent visit to city, me & my wife enjoyed a sumptuous lunch at 6 Ballygunge. I also experienced some authentic Bengali dishes at Oh Calcutta during my earlier visit. But the places you covered in this video were never on my radar, though I experienced mouth watering dishes at Park Street, China Town, Bentinck Street and so on. But one thing is sure, my next visit to the City Of Joy will never be without visiting all these places you have covered. Keep exploring & inspiring your viewers.

@@Akash_Bardhan7 I take virtual tour of pandal hopping. My wife's friends back home keep sending her the videos every year during puja days. I must say that the sight is beyond imaginations. The way the craftsmen give look to the pandals is so realistic that it's hard to believe that they are temporary structures only. The people behind this all effort are unbeatable. Hats off to them.

I am sure u will try the 'Kolkata style Awadhi' cuisine ( i.e. Lucknavi) in the various top restaurants, but suggestion is if u want a true Nawabi taste pl try Ms. Manzilat Fatema's ( a direct descendant of nawab Wajed Ali Shah) "Manzilat's" restaurant in Kasba ( near Ruby hospital)...

Bhai saab, Kolkata ke mizaz hi kucch alag hain....yahaan bheed to hai, lekin koi bhaag daud nahi kar raha....sab log apna life enjoy kar rahe hain aur khaane peene mein to magan hain....Delhi ke Mughlai biriyani ya korma khameeri pasanda aur kabab ko shayad Kolkata takkar nahi de sakta....magar kathi roll kosha mangsho fish curries aur mithaiyon mein ye India ke kisi bhi kone ko maat de sakta hai....I hope you will properly explore Kolkata....It is really city of Joy!

Rajvog is different from Rosogolla as it has little dumping made with khowa and Jayfall , at the centre. And it is reddish in colour ..." Kara pak" .
