Upgraded from an 11 to a 13 this year. Battery’s a little better, 5g is nice, and I do notice the true blacks of the OLED display. However, the day to day user experience is literally the same. It feels like the same device. In hindsight I did not need the upgrade at all! Trust me if you have the 11 you’re still not missing out on much, we’ll unless there’s a specific feature you’re seeking after like battery life etc.
Essentially… the 13 does have cinematic video and larger sensors. However, in most every situation they feel the same. Unless there are specific new features you’re after, the differences are splitting hairs and you don’t need to upgrade.

I’m still on my iphone 11 pro max, 3rd year and I got no complaints or issues except the recent 2 ios updates has caused major battery drain. My battery health is on 91%, and I may be able to squeeze in one more year before I upgrade to either the 13 gen or the 15 pro gen. But waiting for prices to go down as I can’t afford it at launch…

Just yesterday I bout a used iPhone 11 for 270€ from Facebook marketplace and I’m pretty happy about it so far. The only problem is the phone calls, you have to talk with headphones or in open speaker otherwise you can’t hear anything but as I know that a common apple problem.

@@Deathslinger666 sorry for the late reply but it worked on my old iphone 7 because dust, sand and everything get sticked into that small earpiece and made it unusable. If you couldn't clean it yourself just take it to some third party repair shops and they'll clean it for you probably for free. The thing is apple devices are generally good for one thing and it's premium parts which are used so there is almost 0 chance that the speaker is dead or something.
I bought the iPhone 12 on Amazon .. I returned both of them . The first one gets heated up … very quickly for no reason . The second one had sound issues every time I listen to a video there are some noises I switched to iPhone 11 Pro Max . Haven’t had any problem so far !

On the other hand Apple give longer software support than Android phone makers. Although Samsung did good move and give the longest software support compared with other Android makers.
@303machine i agree samsung did a great job offering 4 years of android uptades, this is one of the reasons why i chosed a34 instead of redmi note 12 pro (i know this phone was better in some points). I’ve had the iPhone 11 for a few years and this one helped me makeup my mind to leave iPhone for my next purchase. I find the connection/ charging plug is not working properly also the screen will go so dark at times that I have guess where the numbers are to unlock it and then to brighten the screen.. the worst iPhone I’ve ever had and I would not recommend it

camera is still fine (not much blurriness from my experience) especially for today’s standard unless ur comparing it to the google pixel or maybe the newest iphone ofc u could see the diff but its just like a 15% or 20% increase in quality. And in regards to the 4k60fps vid, im able to watch and make 4k 60fps but it does drain ur batt quite a bit when making a video. Basically quality of life improvements aren’t that major compared to the newer iphones, other than that one of its main downsides r the batt esp compared to some other android phones, the non-oled display, as well as the 60hz cap whilst most other phones use 75hz, 90hz, or even 120hz if ur so into gaming instead on mobile.

I have 11 pro max and the biggest problem it has is screen dimming when ever I play pubg mobile for 15 mins it just overheats ,screen dimming and makes the the game not playable,. I still think its a great phone for day to day use and I wanna wait till Iphone 15 .

On the other hand Apple give longer software support than Android phone makers. Although Samsung did good move and give the longest software support compared with other Android makers.
@303machine i agree samsung did a great job offering 4 years of android uptades, this is one of the reasons why i chosed a34 instead of redmi note 12 pro (i know this phone was better in some points). I would still consider iph11 in 2023 because of software optimization and it still performs pretty well, it is also a flagship even if it turns 4 this year

I’ve had the iPhone 11 for a few years and this one helped me makeup my mind to leave iPhone for my next purchase. I find the connection/ charging plug is not working properly also the screen will go so dark at times that I have guess where the numbers are to unlock it and then to brighten the screen.. the worst iPhone I’ve ever had and I would not recommend it

camera is still fine (not much blurriness from my experience) especially for today’s standard unless ur comparing it to the google pixel or maybe the newest iphone ofc u could see the diff but its just like a 15% or 20% increase in quality. And in regards to the 4k60fps vid, im able to watch and make 4k 60fps but it does drain ur batt quite a bit when making a video. Basically quality of life improvements aren’t that major compared to the newer iphones, other than that one of its main downsides r the batt esp compared to some other android phones, the non-oled display, as well as the 60hz cap whilst most other phones use 75hz, 90hz, or even 120hz if ur so into gaming instead on mobile.
