    right before covid i lost 100 ibs in ten months. the first month i ate only 1000 calories (fruits nuts and vegetables), i also went on a hike everyday or walked on a treadmill on full incline for 45 minutes or as long as you can handle(2 mph-4mph). the first month is the hardest but what your trying to accomplish is too shrink your stomach. once you shrunk your stomach eating becomes a necessity and you start to crave meat for power. drink lots of water while on this diet and black coffee is your best friend. im adding this just because it help me and its a dietary supplement nicotine helped me too. once the first month is over i increased my calories too 1600-2000 eating steamed rice chicken and veggies and eggs almond milk with acai smoothies dark chacolate nuts fruits water coffee and tea. their are alot of seasonings that have no calories and it makes your life a million times better. walk the 45 minutes at full incline and then work out two body parts. i did this for 3 months. after 4 months on this diet your gonna increase calories but dont cheat on the diet. If you do cheat, 1 cookie, 1 slice of cake, 1 piece of pizza dont splurge. gummies are the best candy low on calories with tons of flavor and black pepper sunflower seed
