Baltimore's Notoriously Dangerous "Tri-District Area"

At the edge of the Southern, Western and Southwestern police districts in Baltimore lies the "Tri-District Area". It is known for being particularly dangerous and underinvested in. The life expectancy for this area is over 15 years less than some of the more affluent areas only miles away.
