You can tell by these slight microaggressions that the perpetrator was in some way "hateful" toward something or someone.

@@ronin5996 Not really. Anyone who remotely knows anything about interrogations or police work should know that the smartest thing to do when accused of a crime is to keep your mouth shut. The problem is that most of the time, these suspects are trying to look innocent, and this drives them to try and appear cooperative with the police. So it's a lose-lose situation. Keep quiet and you look suspicious because you're being uncooperative. Try lying, and you might give away information. Any advantage that could be gleaned by watching these videos is that couldn't be found from somewhere else.
@@ronin5996 it doesn't really matter how much videos or documentaries you watch or books you read, when a guilty suspect is put in these positions all that knowledge goes out the window. Proof?
@@chrischika7026 no proof necessarily, but replace the position of the men in the car into white people. Also his numerous comments on the people in the car seemed a little off. If you were to watch the video it would be obvious, unless you’re blind to the truth and defend your own white race.
@@Dom1629t An exact with white people scenario with this exact person didnt happen though. So you are wrong. like you said there is no proof. By obvious you mean based on stereotypes of black people getting called thug . That is a stereotype and doesnt apply to all situations . What you did was infer based on race which is racist. There has to be Explicit RACISM for it to be racist. Thats like me calling asians are smart or a black person is good at basketball is racist even those are stereotypes . thats not how it works. Also im not white but dont do that gatekeep bullshit.
@@chrischika7026 “This jail is full of blacks and they all act like thugs,” he wrote. “This may sound a bit radical but if more people would arm themselves and kill these … idiots when they’re threatening you, eventually they may take the hint and change their behavior…. The more time I am exposed to these people, the more prejudiced against them I become.” - Michael Dunn. Your argument is invalid, this clearly implies he looked down on black people from the start. Also, just because the people in the car weren’t white, it doesn’t nullify my argument. It’s a interpretive question.
For people who say all police are racist.. these guys did a fantastic job as detectives. Bravo
how? they barely even tried and the cop was way too emotional and overbearing too soon. If mike had two brain cells he could’ve easily changed narratives just based off of how easily it was to tell the cops were trying to convict him rather than listen to him because he couldn’t handle his own emotions. horrible job, not bravo

XQCs verdict after watching a 1 hour video:
that was interesting
Omg i'm addicted to these JCS with XQC watching them. i love the chat very much, and every people that spam emotes makes my day a little better.
@@sdraulitolito44 not as dumb as most of the chat is anyway. the stuff some of them say is dumber than any emote could ever be.
13:13 "why is chat assuming it is racism?"
Well maybe because a guy called Hip-Hop/Rap "thug music" and shot 10 bullets at the 4 black teenagers listening to it for not being polite.
Wait until they find out his racist history PepeLaugh
None of that makes it racially motivated. If they had evidence that race played a part he would have been charged with hate crimes.
@@FBZOMBlES correct , people think calling blacks people “thugs” means racist . Which is actually racist
@@FBZOMBlES You're right, racial motivation may not have been the main cause, but it certainly factored into the decision. It is simply ignorant to say that possible prejudice or hate did not play a part in this vile act. To add, it is nearly impossible to "prove" it was a hate crime, since the evidence wasn't tangible, rather implicit. You can tell by these slight microaggressions that the perpetrator was in some way "hateful" toward something or someone.
what if it was 3 white and 1 black kid? Would it still be racial motivated because of the music type? I am confused by what you mean.
Let's just quickly pay some respects to Jordan Davis. 17 years is too fucking young, he was just starting his life.
Ngl these reactions to these videos are great
Just realized that jcs is definitely preventing a lot of crimes because if people who are going to commit a crime watch these videos they will realize that if they get interviewed they can lose in round 1
Or JCS is just making criminals smarter and teaching them to never talk to police
@@chieff_T I think it works both ways. Some may become dissuaded, but others, like you said, may use these videos to learn how the police work and therefore become better at avoiding charges for their crimes. It's honestly a doubled edged sword.
The pressures and stress that come with interrogations over serious crimes is not really something you can train for.
Not to mention that people who are stupid or crazy enough to committ blatant crimes like this are generally also too stupid or crazy to think ahead enough to have stories that are solid defenses, or to ask for a lawyer.
I love chat during these vods "4+4 = 10" 20:12 😂
I wonder if he actually thought he was in danger or was just going on a power trip. Since he said "no you don't talk to me that way", seems like the latter.

yea that's the smartest thing to do. but these type of people think they truly did nothing wrong and think they are smarter then police when their really just truly sick idiots. but I'm glad these racist psychopaths don't because they deserve to rot in the ground.

I bet in his head he’s thinking, those little shits. A normal human would think, what have I done
rip to the kid... its so crazy seeing how far some people get down this rabbit hole honestly. how does ones moral compass get this far bent?
How... How did this trash convince himself in the moment that he could justify shooting at their car at all? Much less KILLING a 17 yo??? I have been drunk as hell, and even wavering in consciousness, not ONCE has it crossed my mind that I could get away with cold blooded murder.
Must be a weird feeling to know less than 20 people but millions of people know who you are
I really don’t think I’ve seen many actually racist people but I think this guy is one of them. During his jail call you hear him say how they (black people, probably teens) are so violent. And just the utter lack of remorse. It’s scary he put a few drinks down and it was enough for him to be confident enough to shoot innocent kids
Yeah this guy had to be a freaking racist. No way hes not
I'm so glad you did this so we can still watch JCS!

Rhonda how he hated that thug music. After Rhonda exit the vehicle, Dunn rolled down his window and told the boys "Hey, turn that down, I can't hear myself think" And the front passenger turned it off entirely. Dunn then rolled up his window. Jordan in the back seated wasn't so happy about it and demanded the music to turn back on and also uses profanity saying that they don't need to listen to anyone since they're not bothering anybody. Dunn heard the profanity language and rolled down his window again and ask Jordan if he was talking to him. Jordan replied, "yeah I'm talking to you" Dunn then say "Nope, you not gonna talk to me that way" He then reach for his gun and load it then turn and started shooting. As the durango started to flee, he then got out of his car and fire more shots.
