Yeah but even Christopher Cross in his later live performances of this song is playing a faster tempo than the original recording. A comparison of more recent CC's live versions and this live version finds there is only about a 3 bpm difference, which is barely discernible to the average listener.
This should be the closing song or the encore every show. Go out with a BANG!
