Hedge Cutting Leylandii Cypress - Condemned Conifers

This was a new job to me, first visit. The Leylandii Cypress / Castlewellan Gold hedge has a lot of dead areas and is rightly out of shape. I take it on to try and tidy it up as much as possible for the customer.
She understood that the brown is dead, and that reducing it would leave it brown on top. It cannot be seen from the road and there are no windows directly over looking the top, so we decided to straighten the top. The sides we will try and let fill out and attempt to overgrow the dead areas.
This job was in N.Ireland, in Belfast.
