When my kids were this age I took them to a country back-road on a weekend and did burnouts, drifts & donuts with them & they both reacted like this. My wife was not impressed when one of them spilled the beans - but both of them still remember it years later and ask me when we can do it again - I guess they can probably keep it secret now so next time the rear tyres are due for replacement... I hope Henry's mum is understanding!
I was about to cry with that baby reaction, that's a pure reaction of thrills and enjoyment. Cars are such powerful tools, not just with hp but with real emotions connecting people and creating bonds. And that's why I love cars.
The last bit of this review should be Porsche's add campaign for 911 Turbo. That reaction says it all. No words necessary. I have a feeling that in 25 years time, all our sons will be watching Henry's Garage. And absolutely loving it.

The last minute Henry made my day. Reminds me of my dad taking me out in the old Saab Turbo’s growing up. My first experience of a blown engine that I’ll never forget.
I still have my 1988 built 900 Turbo 5 speed 3 door, running ~15psi boost LOL. Love it. About to have 395,000km service and runs as well as ever, a real pleasure to drive. I've had other cars of course, but I don't plan ever to get rid of the crazy old SAAB no matter what else I have alongside it. I was lucky enough to drive that "infamous" 3.3 Turbo 911 in my late teens on many weekends over a few years as the father of one of my closest friends had one (and a 2.7 Carrera) and used to let me drive them (what a great guy he was).
My Dad was a motorhead but never drove fast with me in the car. Except once, when on a serpentine river road on our way to the family cottage in his Jag Mk. II. This enormous Mercury got on our back bumper and after a couple of minutes of aggravation my Dad downshifted the Moss gearbox and dropped that hulk of pig iron like a bad habit. Squeals of delight from the 10-year-old riding shotgun.
The last few minutes are priceless for Harry. He'd give it all away for that little boy... Remember - the memories our grand children have of us will be all that's left after we've gone. Make them good ones.
I guess I'm at an age where I only watch a very few youtubers.... but I can honestly say that when I see the notification for a new Harry's Garage video, I know that I'll be entertained AND I'll actually learn sth. from a proper enthusiast. Honestly, I'm not. An old wealthh man reviewing supercars and hypecars is meaningless if you ask me. Sure hes a good youtuber, but such cars are best to be viewed by guys who know how to handle them on corners because thats what they are build for.
I’ve watched just about every video review out there on this car. I can’t really describe how Harry reviews cars but I will give it a go, Harry has a very subtle way of presenting that doesn’t leave you feeling like you been screamed at for twenty minutes. I get all the info and specs on this car plus demonstrations of its performance without the drama and antics of other reviewers. I’ve been waiting for Harry to get this car for review and in typical Harry fashion he delivers giving you everything you need to know without the manic ramblings from so called automotive experts. Regarding the usability, the numbers, the money and, for me, the looks (painted in black with dark grey wheels 😍)...yes, please! As safe and easy to drive it feels when you are just driving around, this incredible machine can take you head to head with the most powerful cars in the world. With a 20.000 mile service. Inbelievable.

Watched Henry Catchpole’s review of the Turbo S yesterday, that was good, then Harry does his....the final minute is proper grandad stuff and a wonderful touch. Porsche has its detractors, but hard to fault the engineering on show here, a masterpiece. If I came into money, this would be my daily.
Harry, I’ve enjoyed your work for a few years now, but the video with your grandson completely won me over. I’ve done the same with my GS and my Boxster S and will soon do it some more, just to hear them squeal, look at me like I’m magic and to hear my granddaughter yell “Again Again Againnnnnn”.

I was lucky enough to get a shot of a 911 Turbo S a few years ago, it's the surprise of the power that gets you. It drives so well, civilised, quiet even, then you put your foot down to try it out.....I wasn't ready for my head being thrown back into the seat and then hitting the redline almost instantly. Amazing bit of kit, my all time favourite car.
Harry does the best car reviews! He does a great job explaining the experience as an enthusiast and a technician. Uses great camera angles, unlike some others (Doug D. comes to mind)
I must have seen all the 992 turbo S videos on you tube apart from Harry’s which I’ve been eagerly awaiting. Best review bar far in my opinion, another great review by a proper car guy.
What a wonderful last minute! I used to own a Turbo S….and am now thinking of buying one again. The haters can all twist themselves in knots all they like, but it’s just a truly amazing car, utterly wonderful. Sure, it’s not a GT3 and I’d love one of those. But it has far fewer compromises and is simply sensational.
Never a bad video from Harry, so informative and easy watching, but what a lovely touch at the end! Moments like that will imprint automotive passion into the next generation! Brilliant.

@@marsupix3554 there's no carbon option as of yet. Aftermarket I'm sure there'll be something. Same for the side skirts, front splitter etc. Carbon wheels were an option on a limited run of the previous Turbo S
Seen multiple reviews online of the Turbo S. You can tell in a lot of them the driver is extremely thrilled. Unless Porsche has a campaign of paying all the interviewers extra money for fake reactions, I'd say this is one of the most exciting cars to come around in the last few years, and possibly a top 2 Turbo Porsche has ever made.
An acquaintance of mine took me for a drive in his 1976 3.0 turbo just after my purchase of the 1983 944. He knew how to drive it too, heeling the throttle to keep the turbo spinning. It was astounding performance for the time. He loaned it to his mother to get to her job one day at a very upscale mall just a mile away. Parked in the garage, it was immediately stolen.
Harry congrats, this one makes you think about past vs present, we love the original for being pure, but you show us that new is better but you wish for some of the old noise. Wish that was my kid in the back, at first his eyes told me OK, second launch, he was sold.

Harry nailed the essence of the 911, a supercar you can use every day with two-year service intervals and practicality.

The side air intakes can optionally be painted either shiny black or in the exterior colour.

Seen multiple reviews online of the Turbo S. You can tell in a lot of them the driver is extremely thrilled. Unless Porsche has a campaign of paying all the interviewers extra money for fake reactions, I'd say this is one of the most exciting cars to come around in the last few years, and possibly a top 2 Turbo Porsche has ever made.

An acquaintance of mine took me for a drive in his 1976 3.0 turbo just after my purchase of the 1983 944. He knew how to drive it too, heeling the throttle to keep the turbo spinning. It was astounding performance for the time. He loaned it to his mother to get to her job one day at a very upscale mall just a mile away. Parked in the garage, it was immediately stolen.

Harry congrats, this one makes you think about past vs present, we love the original for being pure, but you show us that new is better but you wish for some of the old noise. Wish that was my kid in the back, at first his eyes told me OK, second launch, he was sold.
