I've tried going raw in the past. Honestly, for me and my specific goals is not sustainable. I love the vegan flexible dieting lifestyle and I do enjoy having some fun foods in my diet. I love the balance I have now. I do enjoy lots whole foods and raw foods, but I also enjoy having a few processed foods and desserts in moderation.

I want to go to one of these so badly! It looked amazing! They don't even come to my state and traveling is out of the question right now! I struggle with travel and what to eat! I am Gluten Free 17 years and still dream of all the veg deli style slices I cannot have anymore! Especially when it comes to the "convenience " of packing health, nutritionally dense food on the road.I am also diabetic so there's that too. When you made those waffles 😋 when Dani air fried her roast slices 😋 Wish I was able to hear the who presentation! Congrats on your ab win Natalie!!!
