I have been sleepwalking since I was 10 years old. One time, while sleepwalking I left my apartment and tried going outside (I live on the third floor) Luckily for me, my brother was awake and got me back in before something bad happened. The scariest part is when he told me that I made it to the second floor with my eyes closed, it was as if my body knew exactly where to go. One wrong step and I could have fallen down the stairs or if my brother wasn't awake who knows where I would have woken up.
I have a history of sleep walking since I was 6, im 13 and today it happened to me and it was the scariest one yet. Somehow I managed to open the door, navigate through the corridor to the stairs. I managed to go downstairs alone sleepwalking and go to the toilet. The house alarm managed to wake me up. Knowing my brain managed to navigate like that is just terrifying.
I am currently 43 years of age and the very first time I ever slept walked was when I was 13 years of age( I have only slept walked maybe twice or three times in my life and not since I was a teenager). I was getting bullied HARD in school around this time and what I remember was falling asleep in my bed one night but woke up the next morning in the kitchen half bent over with my forearms and elbows on the counter and I was holding a freaking butcher knife to my wrist. I thank God every single day that I woke up when I did. I legitimately tried to end my life IN MY SLEEP due to being bullied. Another time when I was around 15 or 16, I had a friend stay over one night and I feel asleep on the couch in the living room as we were watching a movie. I guess that I had gotten up from the couch, walked into the kitchen, stood there for a second, farted, then went to lie back down on the couch 🤣🤣🤣🤣 my friend told me all about it the next morning. Yeah she never slept over again after that.
I apparently sleep talk to tell people to leave me alone, even if it is something the real awake me would be interested in (like dinner/a trip to the store)
Had a cousin who would appear to be asleep, he would suddenly sit up and look around, apparently awake. He would hold perfectly rational conversations for a few minutes with anyone present, then suddenly go back to an apparently deep sleep. When he woke up again, in a more natural manner, he would have no memory of the minutes of activity. Amazing to think of the sheer number of ways your brain can malfunction, I'm amazed we keep this consensus delusion of reality going as well as we do.
(I have been growing my mustache for ever and have never shaved it) So I wook up this morning and when I went to the bathroom to take a shower, I looked in the mirror and I noticed that my precious mustache was half gone and it was not even a good shave. I'm so sad now.
In simple, sleepwalking is just a mental health issue.Your brain locks all your muscles(except breathing muscles)when you fall asleep so that you can rest completely without making dangerous movements in bed when dreaming.sometimes(not all times) you may not be mentally healthy and your brain might forget to switch off your body muscles and this will cause you to sleepwalk to your sitting room if you dream about your dad calling you to the sitting room; instead of just laying still and dreaming on your bed. This can be stopped by working on your mental health, that is by taking sometime off work, engaging in sports, doing things that make you happy, brightening your life up a little. Mental health also causes sleep apnea, bed wetting, nightmares, sleeptalking, complete lack of sleep and so on.....
It's not a mental health issue exclusively. Another reason a person could sleep walk is due to their brain chemistry not being correctly balanced. For example I have fibromyalgia which is linked to an imbalance in serotonin production. This means I fall asleep but will regularly wake up once I reach my REM cycle. This is also why I would sleep walk until I started taking medications for my fibromyalgia which had the added side effect of drowsiness and would keep me asleep through the night and that's when I stopped sleep walking. I used to yell incoherent babble at my mother while I was asleep and even tried walking down the street once to the corner store, scared the crap out of the neighbor's teen kid who was driving home when he saw me walking down the road at midnight in an oversized t-shirt. 😂 that's when my parents decided to get an alarm for the house, so they'd wake up if I tried to leave the house

I have episodes in which I wake up thinking I've seen an intruder who wants to harm me. i often run to the front door and open it and stand there or pick up something to hit the intruder. The same thing happens often. It's like a dream and seems very real while it's happening. After a minute or so I snap out of it. It's very annoying. i remember falling asleep in my bed all of a sudden i was holding a fucking garden hose standing in the garden and i was aiming it at our cucumber plants 😭
I remember one time I was at my grandmas house and she used have this like bunk bed in her room because I would come over often and I would sleep on the top bunk but her room was pretty huge and easily fit another bed and drawers and even a place where she would call it her “study area” where she would read books and stuff. I don’t remember very clearly what happened but this what she told me. It was really cold in her house that day and I had fell asleep early on the bottom bunk and she was sitting in her study area like always . I suddenly started walking next to her and sat in one of her chairs and started to “use the bathroom” on her chair. At first she was confused cause my eyes were closed but then she saw that a wet substance was dripping down the chair ( it was like those garden chairs or balcony chairs with little holes in them like lines for designs) little did she know I wasn’t even done yet 😭 she pulled me up (i was still asleep) and took me to the bathroom because she didn’t know I was sleepwalking for some reason And sat me on the toilet . When I was a toddler, in my daycare I would sleepwalk during nap time, since I was also having night terrors at the time, I would often walk to a wall or corner then let out a blood curdling scream as they described it
Two weeks ago I went to bed, I woke up in the hallway. That was the first time that's ever happened to me. Last night I went to bed, was supposed to wake up at 2:30AM to go to work 40 miles away. I came to on the freeway halfway there at 10:45PM. Now I'm freaked out and am wondering how long this has been going on. Many days I wake up fine, many days I wake up dead tired and achy. Wtf have I been up to at night?
The day after I stayed up all night, I woke up to find my bathroom light on and a waste basket moved to a different location. I thought someone had broken in and checked the front door but it was undisturbed. I think I had sleepwalked, since I've done it, 2, 3 times in the past. In one episode, I found myself trying to drink a bottle of iodine, and in another, I had tried to shove a pillow into another pillow. None of it makes sense.
I used to sleep walk as a kid a lot, I also had conversations with people ( which were weird according to people ) and I didn’t remember a thinggggg , didn’t even know I was doing it until my brother brought my unusual behavior up. As an adult I thank god don’t have that anymore but the thought that I used to do it is somewhat terrifying
I slept walked in a hotel for the first time... I was so scared after that, that was in September this year. I woke up in complete darkness standing up in the hotel bathroom, I was so confused
I worked as a chef at a hotel. My boss asked me to dj at a big New Years party. (My previous job) And offered me and my girlfriend a room for after the party. All went well and me and my girl ended the night romantically at our suite. Next thing I know is waking up completely naked in the hallway. Tried knocking on the door, but my girlfriend didn’t wake up. Had to go down to the reception, where 2 of my colleagues bursted out in laughter when I stepped out of the elevator. Politely asked them for a towel and a keycard 😂 I’ve been a sleepwalker for as long as I remember so I’m used to the inconvenience, my colleagues referred to me as “the naked chef” ever since. I’ve been locking the door in every hotel room I’ve slept in after this unintentional display of nudity
@@janwillems666 I had nearly walked out of my hotel room, but I’m so glad the saftey lock was on, because I wouldn’t be able to remember the room number if I wondered off to far
I have Deep sleep a lot and I can see everything so real that I predict what will happen in my dream and it actually happens and I do remember stuff from VERY DEEP SLEEPS FROM ME
Bro, deep sleep dreams are the ONLY dreams you remember, also, if you think of something happening in a dream, it’s GOING TO HAPPEN, it’s called lucid dreaming, I don’t understand how you watched an entire video on how dreams work and still managed to feel like you’re insanely unique due to something every human has
@@hiroshiyitama2888If deep sleep dreams are the only ones you remeber, how come I can't remember any of my dreams. does that mean I don't sleep deeply, - because I thnik I do?
My dad has done this his whole life and to be his child, hear a ton of noise in the house and regularly find your NAKED DAD (lol don't judge he just sleeps naked) riffling through the fridge at 3 AM and seeming very confused.... Well I honestly just thought my dad has weird ass habits at night for a really long time!! I had no idea what sleepwalking was until one fateful morning when my dad woke up with a REALLY strange taste in his mouth and found a bar of soap in the bathroom that he'd clearly taken a HUGE bite out of and laughed about it. Myself and my 2 siblings were obviously confused by this and I think our step mom saw that confusion on our faces and then she started laughing and said "guys!! It wasn't on purpose! Your dad just sleepwalks and eats sometimes!" Idk it was just always sorta normal-ish to me... Like ok so sometimes ppl get up while they are asleep and walk around n talk n eat the lunches they make themselves for the next day! I mentioned that specifically because there were many mornings when my dad would go to grab his lunch out of the fridge and do the whole "WHO TF ATE MY LUNCH LAST NIGHT?!?" routine, before inevitably realizing that it was him. Every time.
I'm sleepwalking since last year, here's the funniest sleepwalking experience: I was playing on my phone in my dream I think I'm playing CODM then when I woke up. Nothing happens but my sister noticed me that my hands went straight then my hands like acting playing, I was shocked that I never sleepwalking before.
Funny! I once actually caught my brother years ago “texting” in his sleep, with his hands texting his imaginary phone (he was a teenager back then). He texted on his imaginary phone (I knew he was not using his actual phone because no light was coming out of his hands and the room was dark) for around a minute while laying in bed, then stops, turns to the side and continued sleeping. It was odd, but funny. He has no recollection of that night…😅
I've been sleep walking my whole life. Sometimes it won't happen for a year or two and then I do once or twice for a coupla' months. Sometimes I remember everything. When I was kid I did not. My mother likes to tell the story of me peeing in the hall closet when I was very young. I also had 2 brothers and I slept in the top bunk of a set of bunk beds. Many times I was found or woke up on the floor after falling out of the bunk while sleeping and still asleep. The tell was I still would have hold of the blanket. The women in my life always thought it a little bizarre. One time my wife told she found me at 2am in the kitchen cooking eggs and bacon. "Why are you cooking breakfast? Its 2am!" "Because its taco night." She turned everything and dragged me back to bed. I only found out about it when she told me in the morning and the kitchen confirmed it. It has never bothered me at all and I always thought it was normal.
I didn't know I slept walked until my sister told me that she caught me singing Never gonna give you up to my cat, I woke up and didn't remember that happening until she told me I was possessed by Rick Astley himself
I slept walked to my friends house across the street when I was ten.. I woke up on their porch at 2am with no recollection to this day.. I had walked down a stairway with about 20 steps and opened the front door and crossed the street... My mom always said I was lucky a car wasn't coming.. I doubt I looked both ways while sleep walking...It's scared the hell out of me for a while after the fact.. My dad installed a chain lock at the top of the door frame so I couldn't possibly do it again.. I'm still puzzled by it after all these years, but I guess it was just normal sleep walking that was just a one time thing for me.
I broke the window in my room with my bare hands while sleepwalking. It scared the shit out of my family. Luckily I didn't get any major cuts on my hands.
I wonder what triggers sleep walking in people? I wonder if some past event, which was terrifying and stressful has in some way put the brain on alert mode when you sleep as a protective mechanism? It is interesting in these cases, and I don't know anything about sleep walking how these people don't fall down stairs, don't harm themselves, so makes me think the brain takes over to protect them in some way. The brain is far more complex than we can fully understand, and does the brain really ever fully go to sleep anyway?
Sleep walking is scary. As a child one of my eposides happened while staying the night at a neighbors house. I was told I put my pillow on the stove and went back to bed. Luckily I didn't turn the stove on. After that my mom wouldn't let me stay the night at peoples house.
I'm sleep walking around my apt complex. My dad died recently and there was A OMG AMOUNT OF TRAUMA and alot was left unsaid. I think that's what is happening
I have been sleep walking since 9 years old one of my scariest experiences is when I opened a door and almost jumped off my balcony thankfully my mom saved me
Is there any explanation for people that do remember sleep walking? It’s hard to explain but there were several times as a kid where I was aware of what was going on and even remember what I was doing to this day while sleep walking
This happened to me a few days ago of posting, where I went to my mom's room covered in sweat when my fever broke. My mom asked me if I needed to get different clothes and I said "mm" and went back to bed
My nephew would sleepwalk and would somehow know where to go in the house with his eyes closed. But when he would wake up, I shit you not he would drop like a gmod death ragdoll to the floor and would gasp like he had been holding his breath and he would be in a state of panic. It was funny to me at the time but terrifying to him.
I sleepwalked twice in my life. Once I moved to another bed and the other time I went outside and came back. The strange part is that I was on the top bed and there was a radiator below the ladder but I didn't get hurt. Also when my dad talked to me, I noded my head in respond. I know this because he told me
I think I was sleep walking last night because I'm vegan and I rember waking up eating a granola bar that wasn't vegan. Without knowing how or why I was eating it. When I woke up I was Wondering why I was eating something that wasn't vegan, or why I was eating period. I don't remember unboxing the package, an taking the paper wrappers off the gronola bar. I'm also having problems with my memory so it's either I woke up wanted a late night snack and forgot I was vegan, or I was just sleep walking.😭 I'll update if anything else like this happens...
I had sleep walk when I was 11 or 12 Yr old ....but now I'm 18 Yr old and yesterday night I woke up and went to my grandmother's room and told her to close the light and fan and the scariest this is that I'm doing this all activities by Taking my phone in my hand 😨😨...... when I get to know about this in morning then I remembered that I was in my grandmother's room, not more then this.... 🙃
I’m twelve and I experienced something super weird last night. While I was laying down with my phone My grandfather told me to turn all of the lights out and I did. When I went back into my room I closed the door, but I woke up this morning with my door open and the lights were on. I came to watch this video to see if I was sleep walking. I don’t think that I was sleep walking, so either there is a ghost in this house or someone came in my room turned the lights on and left my door open. I’m super confused🤨🤨. What is this
I also had a weird incident recently. I'm pretty sure I sleptwalk. I actually can remember very subtle parts of the event. All I remember is that I woke up at 1:28, skip to in front of my brother's room, putting my blanket in his room (for whatever reason) and then I tried multiple times to get it completely into the room. Then I remember waking up without blankets in my bed, just two minutes later at 1:30 because I can NOT sleep with just the bare matress. At first I didn't know what was going on and remembered what happened when I saw my blanket in his room in the exact spot I put it later in the day. For the rest of the night I just grabbed another blanket from inside my closet and resumed going back to bed.
I've sleepwalked once in my life when I was about 10 or 11 (I don't remember it was a while ago) I walked downstairs and into the hallway while my mother was sitting on the couch in the living room, and I started to jump around saying "Catch an A!" "Catch an I!" Catch an L!" while trying to clasp my hands around invisible letters. Me and my family members played the board game Scrabble that night before I went to bed. My mother walked me back upstairs and put me back to bed lol I will never forget my mother explaining it all to me the next day..😅
Could sleep walking be similar to when your black out drunk like you can still function normally but you brain just doesn’t record it hence the abnormal behaviour?
I remember when I my tooth was dangling and almost gonna be separated from my gum, I didn't do anything about it, so I went to sleep. But the next day, the tooth was gone. I checked my bed but It was nowhere to be find. Of course, I wouldn't have swallowed it, cause I would die back there if I did swallowed.
Basically it's the opposite of sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis happens when you body falls asleep and your brain doesn't. Usually to stop us acting out our dreams our brains stop communicating wirh our body like consciously which is why we feel paralyzed. So I guess sleepwalking is when your mind falls asleep but your body doesn't. Interesting bc I used to sleepwalk as a kid but around my teens i stopped and started getting sleep paralysis instead. I still do and I went thru a phase after I had my son where I got very intense sleep paralysis nightly.
It's my first time sleep walking last night my mother and father see me going downstairs without lights but I always open the lights before I go downstairs. Btw I'm 10 year old going 11 years old this year.
Isn't it disputed whether or not people dream during NREM sleep? This makes no sense to me (and I did sleep walk as a child but don't as an adult or even teenager--that I'm aware of). If you're not "acting out a dream", then what are you doing? Of the three times I remember being told I slept walk, the first, I went into my parents' bedroom then used their bathroom (and apparently also told them something). Ok--that probably wasn't dreaming, I probably just had to use the bathroom. The next time, I apparently walked out into the living room and tried to open the locked door. What was I "doing" then? And then the last time, I apparently made it all the way downstairs and basically made a lap around the house before returning (upstairs) to bed. I don't sleep particularly well and find myself awake many times throughout the night. The part that doesn't make sense to me is that the process of falling asleep for me is a process of "starting to dream". And so I often will stop before this process takes full effect, become fully awake, and have to start over. But it made me realize, that the dreams I'm waking up from are likely not from deep sleep. Further, I sleep on my side and basically rotate from left side, flat on back (center), right side, then back to center, then left, and repeat throughout the night (I have back problems which is what started this behavior). It's not uncommon for me to feel like this movement is a part of a dream--as if, me moving is required in my dream. I'm "awake" (I wouldn't say fully) because I remember doing this, but I imagine I quickly fall back asleep after I've moved (although I rarely stay on my back for very long and either go back to same side or switch sides).
In 1 year times it happened 3 times with me, when I felt cold and wake up that I am sleeping in the living room and then I was keep thinking that how did I came here and I had nothing remembered. The 3rd time happened I wake up and I was sleeping on sofa then again I was like how did I came here I was sleeping on my bed. My god. Then I started checking on internet and found out it happens with lots people.
Apparently I once went downstairs unlocked the door and let the dog in leaving the door open before climbing on a chair turning on the TV and then sitting on the couch. I was found at 6am when mam went to work....i was 3 I was also found sleepwalking in boarding school once that I know of when I was 15
I slept walk when i was kid, idk what i was thinking, just like i walk to a veranda, climbed , hanged my feet and stared below the ground and stared at the stone thinking it would hurt but it seems i plan to jump but stopped because i thought it would hurt and the stones below would have blood on them and i snapped woke up while in the veranda.
When I was 16 , once sleep walked at which my family decided to tie a🤣 node of thread with my foot 😅 actually during that sleep walk they told me I was knocking their room door in the midnight and then go back to my bed myself 🤣and my sis was totally scared ....
I have no history of sleep walking. (I’m 21 btw) But I was drinking last night. I remember eating laying down watching tv before I eventually passed out. Then I woke up in another person bed. The Whole thing has me embarrassed. it made me swear to quit drinking even tho that night I wasn’t even that drunk. I’ve been drunk and way more drunk, many times and always acted according. So remember kids, if you wanna do drugs wait until you 18 and smoke weed. Alcohol is bad! Bc I’ve just started drinking and I’ve never experienced anything bad on weed. Drinking tho… many times!
I’ve slept walked when I was a kid. There was a 20 year period where nothing happened and I thought I kicked it. Until one night 6 months after my divorce I went on a date and brought a girl home. Well according to her I got up in the middle of the night and emptied all the food in my fridge into the sink and just walked around my house for an hour making grunting sounds. To my surprise I woke up the next morning and she was gone and my house was a wreck. All I can say is sleepwalking is a bitch.
I sleep walked a lot, actually I think I know how it happeneds. [! Note that it it doesnt have to be true, and its just from my experience !] Well at least it worked every time, so what is it? You have to fall asleep without knowing it, it happened to me a lot and Ive actually had sleeo walking or just realistic dream, that happeneds when youre too tired and just fall asleep without knowing like youre wathcing youtube at 1 am and just fall asleep. Okay note that this isnt true, but how much i fell asleep without knowing it Ive had at least realistic dreams or slee walking.
When I was sleep walking I woke eating and then I was confused and then I went to my room and went to sleep and then I wake up on the couch in the living room and confused again and then I just didn't sleep ehacude I was do annoyed
When i do this i go straight to the fridge and ill eat anything even stuff i don't like 😂 like one time i took a bite out of a tomato i dont even like tomatoes 😂

Politely asked them for a towel and a keycard 😂
I’ve been a sleepwalker for as long as I remember so I’m used to the inconvenience, my colleagues referred to me as “the naked chef” ever since. I’ve been locking the door in every hotel room I’ve slept in after this unintentional display of nudity
@@janwillems666 I had nearly walked out of my hotel room, but I’m so glad the saftey lock was on, because I wouldn’t be able to remember the room number if I wondered off to far
I used to sleep walk alot as a kid and know my kid sleep walks & talks. It's scary. 😳 She just did it now and now I'm here.
I sleepwalked twice in my childhood, and both times when I woke up I actually remember a little bit of images from my sleepwalking episodes.
Every time.
😂😂😂😂
My last sleep walking episode was 6 hours.
How do you know it was six hours?
I'm sleepwalking since last year, here's the funniest sleepwalking experience:
I was playing on my phone in my dream I think I'm playing CODM then when I woke up. Nothing happens but my sister noticed me that my hands went straight then my hands like acting playing, I was shocked that I never sleepwalking before.
I had a dream where it was night and I flipped a blanket over my head, and when I took it off it was morning and I was awake
It was like a edit tranisistipn
I didn't know I slept walked until my sister told me that she caught me singing Never gonna give you up to my cat, I woke up and didn't remember that happening until she told me
I was possessed by Rick Astley himself
I slept walked to my friends house across the street when I was ten.. I woke up on their porch at 2am with no recollection to this day.. I had walked down a stairway with about 20 steps and opened the front door and crossed the street... My mom always said I was lucky a car wasn't coming.. I doubt I looked both ways while sleep walking...It's scared the hell out of me for a while after the fact.. My dad installed a chain lock at the top of the door frame so I couldn't possibly do it again..
I'm still puzzled by it after all these years, but I guess it was just normal sleep walking that was just a one time thing for me.
I don't know if I sleep walk but I keep knives away and out of reach just in case I involuntary grab for things while sleeping .
I still sleepwalk at 43
how does it feel when you sleepwalk? do you remember it or does it just feel like a dream? or does it feel like you actually walking?
@@giia6993 I don't remember anything..I only get told about it the next day...I told him to video me doing it but he hasn't yet
I get weird flashes of it. Opening my parents mail and for some reason I ALWAYS microwave ketchup. Zero idea of why I do that.
Ok this one made me giggle a bit
I only ever know when I sleepwalk when I wake up in a different place than I went to sleep, otherwise, I would never know.
I slept walked when I was 9-10 years old, From what my family said I would open doors then go back to bed😂. I haven’t slept walk since 10 years old
This happened to me a few days ago of posting, where I went to my mom's room covered in sweat when my fever broke.
I was sleep walk yesterday night now i am admitted in hospital cuz my hsnd is broken pray for me
Really? 🤦♂️
That’s terrible! Are you okay now?
I sleepwalked twice in my life. Once I moved to another bed and the other time I went outside and came back. The strange part is that I was on the top bed and there was a radiator below the ladder but I didn't get hurt. Also when my dad talked to me, I noded my head in respond. I know this because he told me
Also, I sleepwalk when I feel that I don't want to stay somewhere. Both were when I went to hostel.
I was 9 and 12
I think I was sleep walking last night because I'm vegan and I rember waking up eating a granola bar that wasn't vegan. Without knowing how or why I was eating it. When I woke up I was Wondering why I was eating something that wasn't vegan, or why I was eating period. I don't remember unboxing the package, an taking the paper wrappers off the gronola bar. I'm also having problems with my memory so it's either I woke up wanted a late night snack and forgot I was vegan, or I was just sleep walking.😭
I'll update if anything else like this happens...
Why do you even have a non vegan granola bar if your vegan
@@joshuagrahamfrom6594 thats what im saying 😂😭
I just found out I sleep walk. My mom told me I’ve been sleep walking since I was a kid. My mom found me outside her home staring out in the sky
For the past few nights I have been going to bed but when I wake up I'm sitting at me computer desk.
I've sleepwalked once in my life when I was about 10 or 11 (I don't remember it was a while ago)
I walked downstairs and into the hallway while my mother was sitting on the couch in the living room, and I started to jump around saying "Catch an A!" "Catch an I!" Catch an L!" while trying to clasp my hands around invisible letters.
I remember when i was around 9 or 10 my parents told me that night they saw me sleep walk to outside and i pick the umbrella to my room
Scary to see kids sleep walking.
The fact I once woke up on my kitchen counter 💀
LMFAOO
Always ended up the street or my grandmother's back yard sometimes eating something. Tied my foot to my bed
I once was sleep walking and forced my brother off the couch so I could sleep there I woke up so confused
I sleep walked last night but I didn't know anything my dad told me that I sleep walked last night
I was found at 6am when mam went to work....i was 3
I was also found sleepwalking in boarding school once that I know of when I was 15
One time when I was sleepwalking (age of 7) I accidentally learned boxing and KO'd Mike Tyson
I slept walk when i was kid, idk what i was thinking, just like i walk to a veranda, climbed , hanged my feet and stared below the ground and stared at the stone thinking it would hurt but it seems i plan to jump but stopped because i thought it would hurt and the stones below would have blood on them and i snapped woke up while in the veranda.
i wonder if we can assign task to our sleepwalking self like that one rick and morty episode
how do you explain the umbrella
I sleepwalk in public and I end up in the hospital, now knowing how I got there.im so sick of this!!!
When I was 16 , once sleep walked at which my family decided to tie a🤣 node of thread with my foot 😅 actually during that sleep walk they told me I was knocking their room door in the midnight and then go back to my bed myself 🤣and my sis was totally scared ....
The fact that I also started sleeping at exactly 12 years old…
Just woke up to find myself on the couch and I had washed my xbox controller. It doesn't work anymore.
Maybe you were drugged? Anybody else there?
So is the opposite of sleep walking sleep paralysis ?
My parents told me that I was sleep walking here and there in the house
Lol I even pooped and sleep again and I ended up confuse why there's shit on our cr

Guys how do I find out ?
Sure its not alert meds during sleep
I also have this how to control it suggest me please
U don't control it
u dont control it you outgrow it
I’ve slept walked when I was a kid.
[! Note that it it doesnt have to be true, and its just from my experience !]
Well at least it worked every time, so what is it?
You have to fall asleep without knowing it, it happened to me a lot and Ive actually had sleeo walking or just realistic dream, that happeneds when youre too tired and just fall asleep without knowing like youre wathcing youtube at 1 am and just fall asleep.
Okay note that this isnt true, but how much i fell asleep without knowing it Ive had at least realistic dreams or slee walking.
I was doing brush in my sleepwalk.
I get to sleepwalking but Somehow I dodge it I get in to the stage 3 and I stop it for 3 times. How I dodge it,It's awake me up At sleep/Wake.
