Oof that 2026 release for Moonlight Peaks was hard hear, but glad they're honest! I'm looking forward to that the most. I don't have farming fatigue but I am always looking for games that don't just have bright daylight lighting, since I like to play before bed and I like unique color schemes. Cool to know the new Story of Seasons will have weather too! Lots of these looked interesting.

I'll be honest, I was several years late to buying a Switch because of the price and I do not need a new console.

You totally read my mind when it comes to the Story of Seasons recent releases. I feel like there's stiff competition these days in the farming sim genre and they need to do something new to catch our attention.
Okay, the new Story of Seasons & Rune Factory look amazing! I'm SO excited for Moonstone Island! I really hope to play it soon! 😊 I'm also hoping to see more and maybe even a release date for Tales of the Shire! And... Stardew Valley 1.6 for switch ❤ I just finished my acnh island, and after playing almost nonstop for 4 years, I'm finally done. It's time to move on to other games! 😊❤

Lots of good games for this month!! Honestly i had a hard time with cozy grove. It felt like it took forever to gather everything or find the things i needed. Also it felt like they would take away my progress by the color disappearing the next time i played it. The graphics were a little busy for my taste and the controls for fishing and placing items down and the menu were a little challenging to get used to for me.
Anyways looking forward to the frog game and moonstone island especially!

I'm so excited for Tavern Talk, I've had it on my Steam wishlist for a while now. Also very interested in the new Story of Seasons, I love most of them for nostalgia related reasons but I've been hoping they would come out with something more modern/updated for a while now
I just got Splatoon 3 and it is fast-paced with much intensity, but I'm glad there are some chill games for everyone (mostly to relax in this crazy world).

So many incredible looking games that I'm looking forward to, though my ever growing backlog is utterly glaring at me lol My wallet is also crying, especially with several huge Tamagotchi releases next month heh but omg so awesome Marvelous is working with Moonlight Peaks!! I think it's my biggest anticipated game here so, I really hope that release date is a latest date placeholder 😭

The Tavern Talk demo was actually really cool, and did a really good job allowing you to really feel what the game will be like. I absolutely loved it. I'm super excited about the possible replay value of different endings too. I think it'll hold me over well until we hear more about Mirthwood.

I'm sooo excited for Tavern Talk! I played the demo on my computer and loved it, but I'd much prefer to play it on the Switch, so I will probably wait to buy it.
When games comes out on the switch 2 will we still be able to buy and play them on the original switch? I’m sure in not the only one who can’t just buy a new switch 2 whenever that comes out.
Given the track record for Nintendo it should be backwards compatible.
OMG I remember playing Louigi's mansion with my son on his GameCube when he was 6/7 I really loved that game and so wish we could play Nintendo on steam as having a 17 inch screen up close (on my laptop) is the only way I can game nowadays.
I believe you can connect the switch to your laptop with HDMI cable.

Full disclosure I usually roll my eyes at RUclipsrs sponsored games plugs... However thank you so much for recommending Pine Hearts, I got it on steam and it's so cute. Spent all night curled up on sofa playing in on my phone. Once again your recommendations are spot on! ❤️

I can't believe that Moonlight Peaks is so far away! They shouldn't even tell us about games so far away. I'm really interested in Moonstone Island, but the reviews on Steam are so so. I liked Luigi's Mansion 2 and never finished, so I'm excited to play it on Switch.

From your experience, would you buy a Nintendo switch or a Steam Deck today?
Honestly I’ve used both. If you are a heavy pc users and love playing your pc games on the go, steam deck. Personally I need the form factor of the switch. But it was fun trying the steam deck out. My boyfriend didn’t keep it for long sadly. I wish steam deck would change up the form factor to be nicer to hold for me.
So in a nutshell, If you absolutely are always on the go like me always dealing with health issues never knowing where I’m gonna be from month to month, definitely portable systems are for you. They are both great honestly. I’d be careful though with the switch oled if you get that version, mine has gotten the graininess on black screens effect but I don’t notice it when the game isn’t dark or black. I’ve had it for years only just noticed it now. So nothing I can do but use it till I need to upgrade. If you notice that happening before a year is up from buying it contact Nintendo or get a refund. If you don’t love the idea of playing a lot of steam games portably just get the switch.
@@IDrawToothpicks I decided to order the Steam deck two days ago. I saw multiple videos where even in low settings for Steam deck, looked way better than the same game on a Nintendo Switch OLED.

7:45 I REALLY enjoyed playing Moonstone Island… HOWEVER, I stopped for a while because it’s RIDICULOUSLY hard to get moonstones imo! Unless there’s something im missing?! But yeah, it’s just impossible and you need moonstones for many many important things! I really wish they would tweak that, then the game would really be amazing and a little easier to progress!!

Marvelous already had a shot at their first post-Stardew game, and stunk it up. They learned nothing. How can a whole company fall short of one dev on every aspect? Don't hold your breath on a decent, new SoS.
So sad that the frog game is on steam. Wish it came to the switch or mobile divice, same for the new vozy grove game. I send the developers an email about it but the don't answer. 😞

Wtf is a switch 2?? I ain't buying anymore consoles!
It's the next console from nintendo (though who knows what it is actually going to be called or what it'll be like, nintendo tend to do a bit more gimmik stuff). If your current console is still serving you, then you don't need to get the next thing. Do be aware EVENTUALLY Nintentdo will stop officially supporting the switch (but this will be a while since it wasn't that long ago the last servers for the 3ds/wii u went down which was their consols before switch and the Switch sold so well). All that means is you'll have to rely on non-nintendo people to fix it/ for parts if it breaks or the second hand market for games but this will probably be a long time away.
