Thanks for the great interview. I really love all Tombow products. I have all three sets of the Irojiten dictionaries and they are fantastic pencils which I highly recommend. I also own a full set of Prismacolors and am working on obtaining a full set of Polychromos. All three brands of pencils have a different feel to them and they lay down color differently. The Irojiten's have some unique colors and as the video pointed out, the volumes are already color coordinated so it does the work for you!
That was so fun since I can't go to this show. you were wonderful in asking questions that we all need to know answers to.Thanks and good job. Only thing is now I want to buy these Tombo pencils. How much are they ? Where do they sell them?
I love Tombows but can't afford to buy any. I really love the color dictionaries! I am subscribed to your channel and liked the video. And I've shared the video on Facebook because I have a lot of friends who color. Thanks, Jennifer. Your interview was awesome!
Which set of the recycled Tombow colored pencils has the metallic gold and silver and also just the white pencil? One more question, which set is the portrait set of Tombow colored pencils? I have all sets of the pencils packaged in the dictionary format and I love them. I also have the full set of Tombow dual brush pens. Thanks for the info on what paper works better with these pens. Very helpful !! I wish people would do more coloring videos using both the pencils and dual tip brush pens and do it out of a Johanna basford book where they list either the color name or number they are using as they color😊. I just need help getting started using these beautiful assortment of pens and pencils and stress out over picking out color palettes which is why it would be great if the colors used in the video I'm confident you are going to start doing because you love these pens and pencils as much as I do. I hope I haven't overwhelmed you with all my questions😊
+Jana Dean, sounds like you are just as excited as me! I am going to learn more about the recycled pencils next week...I do know that there website has very detailed info about each set, so go check there because that will be the best place to get your answers right now until my reviews come out.
Just be careful about the sand erasers. They actually have sand in them, which is why they erase ink and colored pencil. The way they erase ink is by removing the layers of paper that have color in them. Thus, they obviously won't work on alcohol markers, because the color goes all the way thru the paper. Erase just a little too long, and you have a hole in your paper.
+Kristine Harkin, it's totally personal preference and what colors speak to you. If your worried about money, I would go for the 24 pencil recycled line to start.
I was wondering if you have to enter to win the pencils or are you just going to pick from one of your subscribers? Thank you for taking the time to speak to her she was very informative. I was interested in the Calligraphy too.
I learned of the mono sand eraser by Tombow from watching Jennifer McGuire videos and finally purchased one and I love it. I am always making at least a tiny mistake when I am stamping. It is good to know they work with colored pencils. I do have colored pencils but not Tombow. I think I will invest in the entry level set. I am not a full-fledged colorist yet so I just want to try something that won't break my bank! I hope I am not too late to be the winner! PS I would love to own some of the combo more cars also but unfortunately I am about to retire and won't really be able to add very much to my stash :-(. But I love what I do have!
I color Mandalas because I love colored pencils. I liked most of the brands I tried, then I discovered Irojiten. Full stop...I love those pencils. Seldom use anything else....:-)
I think it is funny u number ur pencils if they do not come numbered. I do the same thing. Also a good sign of a good pencil and sharpener is when it curls like that when you sharpen them.

What brand of gel pens do you use? What do you think of KaiserCraft as recommended by Stacie at Scrapbooking Made Simple?
Is thic smooth watercolour paper good for tombow brush pens?
I read in your description below the video and realized you had posted a link for the portrait brush pen marker set. That's 1 less question 😊
I've been wanting some of these pencils. Great interview!
Is there just 1 set of the recycled colored pencils? And does this set include the 2 metallics and the white pencil?
Thanks for sharing now I want the sand eraser and sharpener and want to get the dictionaries of the Tombow.
+Penny Levalley, so many fun supplies in the world!!

What would be the best set of the Irojiten to start with, set 1 or set 2
