My Top 5 Budget Colored Pencils

I am often asked to give my top 5 budget products, top 5 artist quality products etc, which I have normally declined, with what I consider good reason, however, I have caved into the requests and this is my Top 5 Budget Colored Pencils.

You can discover the reasons I have declined to do these types of videos by visiting my written review, but for now it is important that I define my top 5 budget. This list is the top 5 budget pencils that I have reviewed and used myself thus far. Also the term budget is such a horrible term, what is budget for me may not be budget for someone wealthier than I or someone with less disposable income than I, that being said I have tried to select what I feel are the best pound for pound pencils.
so many of us are struggling financially so the pencils in this list will provide you with a set of highly pigmented pencils, that work beautifully on smooth, velum and mixed media, on top of other mediums such as watercolors or markers and finally on adult colouring books.
