Good videos. Would you mind doing one on my interrogation? Its currently up on crime circus and susan bahns, as well as my own. Its a felony interrogation, i was accused but was innocent. The crime didnt even occur.
It has entertainment, but the interesting part is the open endedness. I got the state to dismiss it, but my accuser never admitted her lie or anything. To this day i cannot prove my innocence. Its fun to watch and decide whos lying, me or the lady who accused me.

He didn't want them to know his address because he didn't want them to search his house for the girl's DNA. He didn't want his car to be with him at the police station because he didn't want them to search his car for DNA or to find clues of what happened to the girl. Also, he said the girl was missing after he came back to his girlfriend's in the middle of the night. But, later when the police questioned his girlfriend, she told them that the girl and Dinkins weren't there when she woke up to use the restroom. She then said she saw the girl was outside standing at his car.
When my son was around 9 years old he had done something that I can't remember. Nothing serious but at that time I told him that whatever he decides to be when he's grown he should make sure that it doesn't require him to lie because he's awful at it! This guy is awful at lying and he's doing his best to be believable to this interrogators. Smh

He most likely woke her up and got her to go with him willingly through deception with reward of some kind. Resulting in being violated in every way possible. In addition, possibly getting her pregnant. Resulting in redrum.

He was a suspect in another murder not long before this happened, but charges were dropped as he was the "witness" and not the killer! Smh this man just got out of prison 4 mo before this occured and hadn't seen his son in a long time. Why the mother allowed these children especially the babygirl who is not even his child go to this mans gf home. Mom never even went inside to see if the home was safe and appropriate for small children. Knowing he sold drugs and did drugs! Very sad and preventable case! I watched the whole trial. The girlfriend should’ve been investigated more. She saw him leave with that little girl at 4am without his phone and said nothing. She could’ve saved that little baby’s life ❤❤

This is the worst liar I've ever seen! At first I thought this interview was a year later, after she was discovered. His recollection of events were insane for it being only 24 hours.
He’s panicking bc all he can remember about Breasia are her last moments when he assaulted her and ended her life.
How could anyone do that to a 10 year old little girl. She was probably excited along with her brother to see their “dad”. Little kids going to a sleepover. He probably told her he was taking her somewhere as a surprise. Then when they were alone that switch would have flicked and she would have seen him flip from a father to a depraved monster turning on her. That would have been the most terrifying moment for that baby girl, confused and helpless with no one to help her. I hope this man is violated in the worst way in prison and the girlfriend who knew exactly what was happening is driven insane by her own guilt. Rest in peace baby girl. 😢

I remember this story and followed it.The son talked to the detectives and told them how Henry went in the room with Bre after they played video games.He said he didn’t know why.He also said it was really early in the morning when Henry left with Bre.They were talking as they went out the house and he never said where he was going.During the trial he said they were already gone when he woke up but he did give new information He also told the defense several new pieces of information, including seeing his father pouring bleach into bushes, cleaning a bloodied knife with bleach and even that he saw him shoot Breasia. They tried and I say the little boy was over exaggerating but many people and a few experts say they new details could’ve came after he had time to calm down and think bc it is a traumatizing situation experience and a lot for a child to wrap their mind around.
was it proven she was shot & stabbed or..? bc he was pretty young, and did say he saw him clean a knife then that he saw him shoot her. ofc certain leading questions asked by detectives can cause an untrue answer esp in a young child, hearing theories maybe from family, and just memory not always being reliable esp after a traumatic event like losing his sister, being so young is a factor too. there were some truths but i think just confusion on feeling like he has to say the right thing or what he thinks they want to hear, like witnessing the actual murder, clean up process, seeing the weapons, i think he did see him come in the room & her go into his before them leaving 100% tho

Saw the trial, at the end he made this big speech, never said sorry or I didn’t do it just complained about not getting a fair trial, his rights were stomped on, etc, etc! Incredible pos. Horrific how he killed that little girl & the brother was there & saw it, has affected him terribly. Hope he gets the right help. He was very brave to testify. My mom had a long term boyfriend that came into my life at 5 years old. Now I’m 26, he has always claimed me as his eldest daughter even after he and my mother broke up and he went on to get married to another woman. I was always included with his family along with my other siblings;his 2 biological children) to this day I can call him and I still visit on holidays and I have a place in his home to stay over and sleep overnight if ever needed (my younger siblings are in their teens) I am grateful he is nothing like this monster. Not all families are traditional, however women must be aware of the ppl they choose to bring into their and their children’s lives. Prayers to the family and the young girl who lost her life. 😢

It's so annoying when these criminals say...."you know what I mean", or, "you know what I'm sayin?"....in every sentence. I finally realized that what they really "mean" ..when they say that is: "I need YOU to believe what I just said to you." - because it's a LIE. You hear this a lot in interrogations of a guilty person.

Because of this video, I will never trust a person again if they finish a sentence with… “know what I’m saying”.
Every single thing Henry said made him look EXTREMELY guilty!!! Then his story, which was as vague as it could possibly get, changed every time the detective would go back to repeat what Henry had JUST told him. Then denying what car he was driving at certain times that night, up to how he even got to the police station, when the detective was going directly off what Henry had just said, made it even worse! Then refusing to give his cell phone over was one of the biggest red flags! That poor baby girl…😔 Kids are so trusting of adults, especially the ones who are considered like family.
If i drank every time he said nah mm sayin, I'd be deceased of alcohol poisoning before this interview was over. LOL
