pls stop saying it was foreshadowed because it wasnt, oda planned all of this from the very beginning, maybe not the little details but the bigger picture. saying that its a foreshadowing making it sounds like oda didnt plan all of this and he just got lucky. foreshadowing in one piece can only be from a character inside the manga or from the fans, oda has nothing to do with foreshadowing things, because he created it himself.

Rumbar Pirates where people with a mindset similar to Luffy. They wanted to be pirates for the romance of adventure, it was not about fighting or getting rich, it was about enjoying life
I would've liked young Gol D. Roger and Silvers Rayleigh to meet the Rumbar Pirates in the Grand line, would've liked to see them talk with Brook and Captain Yorkie.

It's insane how these scenes were sad when you were watching it as a kid. But it hits sooo much harder watching this as an adult lol. Still nothing beats skypiea though, when noland failed to come back. I dont know why that saddens me so much
It was because that man did nothing wrong but was falsely executed just because that greedy king couldn't get his hands on gold. It didn't help that Noland's best friend, who was very eager to see him again, ended up dying thinking Noland didn't want to return.

You sure I think the saddest moment is the episode where we see all of aces memories with luffy where he wont die and heartwarming moments just before his final words.

I believe his laughing style is always part of his character even before the song was made. And Bink's Sake is an extremely popular song many people knew of it. Even Robin knew of the song beforehand and Luffy mentioned he knew the song as well when Shanks and his crew sung it. In One Piece time, it's been around longer than Brook and he's in his 90s now lol
my headcanon tho, Brook adapts the laughing style from this song since he has been singing Bink’s sake to himself for so much in 50 years to the point that “Yohohoho” becomes a natural way of laughing to him

Watching all of these reaction videos of the sub makes me realize just how underrated the dub of this show is. I wish more people would react to it because it's so great. The people voicing these characters really pour their heart and soul into them, making you wish they were alive. ESPECIALLY for this song right here.
The early (English) dub is not so great, but I would agree that people are sleeping on it.
I've watched most of these episodes in both dub and sub and I've seen very little difference. The VAs do a great job in both languages, IMO. People who say otherwise are being snobby.

I found it kinds funny the reason why Brooks is a skeleton not because he has been on the ship all that time but because when he died the revive revive fruit requires the user to find there body and put there soul back into it but since it took brooks so long to find his body by the time he got there he was a skeleton with only his afro intact.
