    Wow maintenance at newer properties are more maintenance friendly with that shower handle. You didnt even need the jackie chans the whole repair. I dont think ive ever done any work in a tub without using them.

    I've never seen the double plunge before, lol, but I've done my fair share of plunging sinks. In fact, I've never seen other maintenance men other than myself plunge a sink. When I came to this property, I work on everybody looked at me like I was crazy when I whipped out the plunger for a clogged sink. I guess they were just snaking it whenever they had a problem, which is just too time-consuming for me. Sometimes, the simplest solution is the best answer.

    This is another awesome video! FYI, I finally got my universal EPA cert. And it really didn't go over anything pertaining to troubleshooting or repair, in the class. Just mainly federal mandates. So I'm going to be asking alot of questions. Because I trust your work and ability. 1st question. If your putting in R410 refrigerant in a goodman let's say. What the max amount of refrigerant? And what a low amount of refrigerant? They say it's worse to over charge with refrigerant. Thanks

    • @LexVance
      @LexVance  Год назад

      If it's a piston, you have to charge by superheat. If there's a txv, you have to charge by subcool. There's tons of videos on how to do that. That's a great place to start. RUclips super heat and subcool.
