@@LexVance You’re welcome.👍🏻. Years ago I worked hotel maintenance, there was a guy we all called ‘El Wha happen ‘ . Found out that he didn’t speak too mucho the ingles😎. But that was his signature intro to whatever job we were assigned. But old J-Booty is great👍🏻.
You're the most talented maintenance person ever! Question for you. I was working on a leal in the wall. I wanted to just replace the cvpc with cvp pipe. It was a cold line. But other tech. Gave me hell over it. You only really need cvpc when your using high temperatures right? Also can I connect 1inch pvc with cvpc pipe? Does it matter? Thanks
You probably know this, but elevate the hose from dishwasher to disposal, between the sinks. It'll stop the sink draining into the dishwasher. Good video, Lance
I don't have the guts to pull the cover on any electric panels without cutting the power to the feeder Even when I have turned off the outside feeder at the meter and test the lugs, I still wear gloves and rest it as if it were live. I had a master electrician who was working on a new development with 1 acre lots, single family homes, all underground services from manholes in the street I don't know, and I will never know, we never found out why, but he was pulling the feed through the conduit into the basement, new poured concrete foundation, and he was pulling in the basement. He was standing on plywood, and he stepped back onto the concrete and that was all she wrote. We never found out why he was pulling a live service. The transformer was hooked up feeding 4 houses. And the power company did not cap the meter. I don't know why they had the meters at the road, I guess people did not want the power company coming to the back of the houses. It was back in the early 80s, before smart meters They actually had to come read the wheels and these were all million dollar homes in 1983, so gated most likely was the plan. But it was awful Another contractor used to break the ground off every tool and cord, and he hit a live line and was killed too Electric is not forgiving. The smoke detector, do you have to replace the batteries? I HATE that beep. I hear it in every apartment in the inner cities and I used to carry GP 9V batteries and ask if they wanted one, and they did not know anything about smoke detector batteries. They literally completely ignore it, and it says so much about how crazy their lives are that they live with a 30 second beep their entire life. I started buying the lithium 9V batteries about 10 years ago. That's the only battery I buy, lithium for every type, and they claimed that they are supposed to be a 10 year battery in a smoke detector, and I have 120 V direct wired whole house smoke detectors. The battery is a backup for if the power fails, and the batteries only last about 3 years. Still much better than the 9 V alkaline that only last 6 months. Lithium rechargeable batteries are also all I use. I used to use NiMh but they are 1.2 and the lithium are 1.5 and last almost as long as an alkaline. I used NiCad for the old CB and a few other things that were designed just for NiCad But I highly recommend everyone buy only Lithium I use my remote controls a lot and I get about 3 months out of the lithium VS. 3 weeks out of the alkaline. The GP are fine to test things but I don't use them any more, even for testing because they lose their charge over time just sitting in the draw.

I use the A/C coil cleaner from the spray cans. 2 cans per fan unit outside and then wash it down with the garden hose works really well.

Why is the fan spinning counter-clockwise?
Are they wanting it to suck air up instead of blowing it down?
Maybe the camera. The fan was doing good. Thank you so much for watching!
Counter Clockwise does push air down...
Lex how are you
Keep up a good work
Doing great! Thank you so much for watching!
Nice ride along ... Thx
