CPU in this setup upgraded from C2D E6400 to E6700 and added Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS for EAX support. Game runing fine but Catalyst drivers with DOOM 3 keep crashing. It was super annoying making this video. Dont know whats wrong i found forum where someone talking about custom atioglxx.dll and put in game directory. Other games with this radeon working fine and is stable included around 2000 repeat 3DMark tests. Another suggestion there was unofficial Omega drivers so i maybe test it. Game is smooth with this PC but high imput lag when moving mouse you cant see it in video. Better play this game with stronger XP computer.
This game can work in Windows 98 too. The game will check if the OS is Windows 9x and won't start, but these checks can be disabled. At the time looked like a conspiracy between iD Software and Microsoft - just to upgrade to Windows XP.

Input lag is so strange occurrence when you have such a smooth fps, obviously many things wrong with chipset/GPU drivers.
