[PAYDAY 3] GOLD & SHARKE - Overkill, solo stealth, all (bag) loot

I'm finally on vacation and have some more time to play PAYDAY 3. At this point I only have a playtime of around 20 hours and I'm still trying to figure out all the mechanics.
I did a few runs on this Payday 3 "Big Bank" called Gold & Sharke Bank. After I learned the objectives and routes of guards I did a run without masks that wasn't too hard so I decided to record another run and only do the first part without mask and the loot securing part with mask to add a little challenge and to make it hopefully faster. It's still a long run but I hope you enjoy watching.
Btw. this is technically an "All Loot" run (for the challenge) but I missed some loose money from the lockers.
Please let me know, if you want to see any challenge runs or achievements on this heist. But I'll try to play all heists solo stealth on the highest difficulty before going to try some challenges.

That Camera guard tech is so good! How are you finding the throwing knife distraction? 100% my favourite addition to stealth!
I love the knife distraction 😁I used it when I played in Sweden and I was so hyped about this mechanic. Unfortunately it doesn't work on camera guards and I'm pretty sure they change/fix the bag distraction.

Good run, Mortifer.
On this job you could try putting a microcam above the fusebox facing the laser controls. That way you can see the next colour without having to keep running to the vault.
Also sticking on one the desk in the vault lobby facing the ceiling gives you a 360 rotation so you can pretty much always see the guard. So many ways to play.

Love this heist, first time i played it, i got all bags except one to the car and accidentaly threw a grenade forcing me into loud, and then having to wait the additional time on the roof for the escape helicopter to arrive. been playing it more trying to cut down my time since i spent like 40 min on the first run

Try trowing the loot bags over the ridge of the roof down into the ally of the entrance of garage. There is one guard patrolling the roof. From there it goes pretty fast to load them in the van. Goes much faster i think. 😊

Doing Stealth on Overkill feels so satisfying. But I wish we can actually get the bots to do some work like at least tell them to carry a bag. We even got the interaction prompt but that's just towards randos if you don't have a mic.

I did it without the mask, it is an interesting way to do it
Payday 3 a logistics sim in which you can also do crime
You should put the mini cam opposite the terminal that tells you what switch to flip next. Saves you running back to check.
You can also use the regular cam in this room to check.

for this heist, if you manage to get the elevator escape favor. pick it. it helps a LOT as the elevator is right in the room where the bank is :D
I know but I like a little challenge. For finishing the heist quickly, the elevator is very nice.

It's one of me first payday 3 heist videos that I actually am watching, because usually I like to experience nad play the game myself first, but I must watch your videos anyway haha

Thank you 😊 the distraction of the camera guard looks like a bug because it doesn't work for example with throwing knifes, which work on other guards. So I guess it gets fixed soon. For now it works unlimited time. If the camera guard is in a private area (not secure) you can also let him spot you unmasked and force him to lead you outside. After that he wont check the cameras again.

It depends what you expect so it's hard to say. I wouldn't compare it too much to Payday 2 and I enjoy playing it.

@@KlaidasM Not sure. I think this depends on the future updates like more heists, quality of life updates and mod support. It's not the same feeling as Payday 2 a few years back but it's still fun.

I didn't hide it. I used photoshop to remove it for the tumbnail. But there is a mod you can use with reshade to hide it.

The next skilltree will be called transporter, which lets you carry 2 bags instead of one, if I recall correctly from the update streams.

the challenge where u have to carry all bags down the stairs instead of using the elevator is rigged.. i dont get it even tho i did it 5 times on overkill and very hard lol.. hopefully they gonna fix the whole game soon..

you can throw the bags to the parking entry from the right part of the banks roof no one will spot them and then you pick them up you will save plenty of time
Looks like a long way to walk every bag to the roof. And securing the bags from that spot sounds like even harder with mask. It's easy without mask.

bullshit, it's not overkill - you killed two guards and no one called them again
Because that's only on some maps, each map has different difficulty modifiers. The modifier you are thinking about is the Lead Guard one, which isn't a modifier for Gold & Sharke.
It's already mentioned that this heist has no lead guard on Overkill difficulty. Also when you have a lead guard, you can still answer two normal guards pagers. It's just the lead guard that has infinite pagers.
Damn, this game is sooooo slow. New payday is a huge disappointment. Btw thanks for vid
