You can give codeine and paracetamol even at the same time. What you have to pay attention is co-codamol, which is a combination of codeine and paracetamol.

Why did you give the paracetamol? It is incomplete prescription. There is no start date and duration.
PRN medication no need to have stat date and finish date it's PRN
Check drs signature and dose for validity
