Thanks for the video, Please would you clarify what code is to be put for non-administration of medicine due to allergic reaction in the New OSCE (as omitted for clinical reason in not mentioned in the MAR chart of new OSCE) Thanks in advance!

Isn't only the omitted medication with code 10 need to be written on the box of last page?? Why medication coded 6 need to be written on the box on last page?

Hi Kristine because there was no signature of prescriber if you listen carefully she says that is the end of prescription but in other medication she do read out there is sign of prescriber and all that… hope it helps n best wishes if you are preparing for OSCE xx
