I have a mouse with a sensitivity of 1000 dpi, but I have a decrease in the sensitivity of Windows by two digits, and now I do not know how much the real dpi I have, and this causes me a problem in converting the sensitivity between games And the number that gives me sensitive conversion sites is incorrect and close to double my actual sensitivity. now my sensitivity in csgo is 1.5 with raw input off and for example in valorant i cant turn the raw input off so i need to get my csgo sensitivity correct with raw input on to convert it and get my valorant sensitivity right. I hope that anyone has a solution to help me

Omg my enhance pointer precision wasn’t disable and when I was checking my dpi on the site it always showed half of my dpi I was going crazy it’s now fixed , thank u thank u

my mouse's dpi is over a 1044 i think because everytime i test it it always stopped at 1044 and i cant measure any higher

For those who are still confused when to stop obviously you'll have to stop after 1 inch irl don't look at the ruler at the screen get your own ruler and move your mouse 1 inch using a ruler will make it exact then after you move your mouse 1 inch you'll see your dpi.
man listen i got a cheap mouse and there isent any softwere for it so i cant change its dpi and i dont know wahts its dpi eather so thats why whenever i press the dpi button on accident i cant do anything coze i dont know my actull dpi so can you help me pleasaee dude pleaase please pleasee

what is WPS there? if I change it my DPI changes.
Windows Pointer Speed. In the Mouse Settings menu he shows, it's the scale labeled Pointer Speed right above the Enhanced Precision option he disables. 6/11 is the middle value/default. It's basically a global sensitivity setting in Windows itself & the Analyzer needs to know that setting so it knows how much Windows is speeding up/slowing down your cursor.

IDK if i measured it right but i searched up my mouse and it shows 4 settings of dpi when u click the midddle button on it. I click it to 4 everytime and its 3200 dpi

yes by 1 inch and you should get a rough estimate of your dpi and round it to the closest dpi setting. Normal dpi settings are 400, 800, 1200, 1600...

my dpi was 230 so i had to make my sense a little bit lower if anyone wants to find a good sensitivity for aiming like valorant you have to get the average edpi of pro players of the game for valorant it was 280 and divide it by the dpi you got if everyone came for that np

I used "MouseTester" instead of this, use a ruler at the back end of the mouse, put 1 glass left of the mouse and an ashtray at the 10cm line, well a bit further to compensate for the mouse width, the middle of the mouse should be on the 10cm line when you're done.
Press the "Measure" button, hold left mouse button and move 10cm to the right, letting go of left mouse button when your mouse hits the ashtray, honestly anything heavy enough for the mouse to not go over 10cm is fine.
Also try to get the same measured dpi twice in a row to make sure you did it right.

if you know your mouse model it would be much easier to just look up your mouse specifications, if it's a mouse with customisable DPI and you don't know what DPI it is on, try installing the software of the mouse you got. If these dont work for you, then you should use the website for checking your DPI.
Take a paper and draw a line of 1 inch or 2.5 cms and put the middle of the mouse at the start of the line you drew and draw along the line when you do the drag test in the website. Do this like 4-5 times and take the average , you'll get your Mouse DPI. (Most common are 400, 800, 1000, 1200, 2400 etc)
at my mouse software it says 800 but on the website it says 400-600

Okay this DPI thing is stupid. The ruler on the screen once set to 1inch should tell me what my actual dpi is when I move the cursor on the ruler. My mouse is set at 1600 and I litterally have to go all the way to the end of the ruler to get that 1600. If I move it an inch I get like 85dpi or something stupid. So what gives?
You dont have to move it one inch in the screen, get your own damn ruler and move your mouse 1 inch IN REAL LIFE
Put the ruler beside your mouse, and drag your mouse 1 inch, it aint that hard

I tried this with a mouse I didn't know my dpi for and got like 250, and then I tried a 1200 dpi mouse and got 521
It also depends on how fast you have your mouse set in settings

Thank you, I'd seen the analyzer and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working (i foolishly set it to 4 inchs, which the screen wouldnt handle) I really wish the dislike button wasn't disabled so people can see that this one is worth.
