I am forever changing the bulbs on my old truck. Fortunately, the old guy I bought it from had the glove box chock full of them for me. 🤣 Have a great weekend, sister Dawn!
I don't know why I procrastinated so long with the one bulb out... it didn't take long at all. But I'm glad I don't have to do it often. That was so thoughtful that the previous owner of your truck left a bunch of new bulbs for you! haha.

I struggle with a lot of things Glen sends me to do by myself but each time I do it I get a little faster. Shop rates vary but I’d say they could do it in half an hour so maybe $100 plus parts? Not only that but you have to make an appointment and wait!! We have a tool called an ohm meter to test electrical currents. Makes these kinda jobs easier.
We recently replaced the electrical board the bulbs plug into because the board quit working at the signal light. That was two trips to town because we thought it was just the bulb. 😝

Thank you! Around $100 labor is what I was guessing. (after I replaced the bulbs, I rewarded myself and bought a bunch of yarn! )

Thank you! The electrical grease would be put on the end of the bulb that goes into the socket? I think that's what you are saying but I want to make sure. I've never heard of electrical grease (not that I recall).
@DawnRaeB All connectors, helps keep dirt and moisture out. I also have been told not to get fingerprints on the bulbs. 😀👍

Hi Dawn! Great job replacing the lights on your truck. We have no idea how much it would cost at a shop, Jason always replaces them. That is alot of mud! Do you know anyone with a air compressor? That may work well to clean it. Hope you have a great week.
I don't know anyone (that I'm aware of) with an air compressor. But that is a great idea! When I lived near/with my BFF... we almost never took our vehicles to a shop. I miss having that savings. I hope you are having a great day.
