Michelle Williams is one of the best actress of her generation. She's a chameleon in many of her movies. She can really dissapeared into a role, as much as she's extremely invested in her character. So yeah, I'm always excited to see a movie starring Michelle Williams especially when it comes to smaller indie stuff with dark tragic themes that apparently she prefers in picking roles

One of my favs at the last Cannes Film Festival. Saw it just after the award ceremony and it was such a nice, calm and relaxing piece of film. Yout being projected into the life of a woman in it's thirty, who live as an artist. And then Reichardt follows a thread of ironic, touching, meditating sequences about life going on on screen. By little touches, she show us all kinds of feelings, thoughts and situations. And you just happen to carry on with it... Truly magic on film
Why do Americans speak like they are incredibly bored and whining all the time? Seriously? Serious question. It's very odd. Not great acting, just vocal fry and whining.
A girl in my class at college did dig a hole for one of our sculpture projects. It became this real battle with her and the earth. It was fantastic. Loved art college. It can express yourself in many ways. Looks like a great movie. Can wait to see it.
I’m still so peeved she didn’t win Best Supporting Actress! Viola Davis was the Co-lead in Fences and should’ve been nominated as such. Michelle Williams in Manchester was just . . . I feel like crying just thinking about it!
She's great in Wendy & Lucy too, she didn't even shower during filming to stay in character, people didn't even recognise who she was, brilliant movie about a homeless girl and her dog.

Kelly Reichardt is maybe the most underappreciated American director today. She’s on such a hot streak, I’ve loved everything of hers since Wendy and Lucy.
