Nice house. Am just wondering how construction cost in Ruiru is higher than Kitengela. Ruiru is red soil so foundation is cheaper than Kitengela with cotton soil. Ruiru is closer to Juja where the machine cut stones come from as compared to Kitengela. Unless we talk of different quality of finishings, the location argument as explained, between Ruiru and Kitengela seems abit off. Unless ofcourse we say cost of land is included in the construction costs since Ruiru would be relatively more expensive.
