WAS THERE A COOKTOP AND IS THE ASKING PRICE NEGOTIABLE? LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING HOMES WITH ENSUITE BEDROOMS AND SOME LAND FOR GARDENING.
In kenya you won't find a 'developer' home with enough space for gardening. Most developers are greedy, don't consider use of land during planning construction but bare minimums if any. This developer is a good example of that greed. In that small piece of land, the developer has squeezed 4 tiny houses in a space that would comfortably accommodate a 61ft (width) by 71ft (long) single spacious family house and have enough space on all sides for some greenery.

That should be improved in the middle Level housing, but we have other developers doing an excellent job. Call us!
