Good review as always. I'm a bit ambivalent if I like the house though.... Too many corners in the bedrooms, it might have been to accommodate the "en-suite" but it threw the flow/flowingness/fluidity of the said spaces. I however have watched this video twice back to back hehe.
Looks well built, the downsides are the plot size, make it a full 50x100. The bedrooms design looks like it had after thoughts midway the construction.
Thanks for the breakdown! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
the house is outstanding especially the layout, but my question is why such a large plinth area on such a small parcel of land? it makes it look like that price is a rip-off.
@@AfricanRealEstate exactly. Because if one goes to Kerarapon they could easily get an 1/8th at around 6-7 mil and be left with change to build a bungalow. 12mil in Mugutha is a stretch.
I love the colours in the house but the bedrooms have too many corners. The washroom is also too narrow. The architect should have economised on the use of space.

I agree, the en-suite bathrooms definitely did impact the overall flow of the rooms. The design is also new to that market
May your pockets overflow who ever is reading this!
thanks so much

Each developer does their thing differently,
You never know what to expect
Hi sir, where did you go? Nice to have you back!

Hey, beautiful house. Are they on freehold or leasehold ownership?
Freehold

Indeed at that price it comes off as a rip-off.
It’s something to think about
The parcel is not as tiny as

Thanks for the feedback, it's always appreciated.
Good design for the lounge dining and kitchen. Bad design in the bedrooms. Architect anahitaji viboko. There is a lot of dead space in the bedrooms.
Thats all true
💯
Thanks
Who is the builder please
A private developer
too much house not enough green space & homes too close together
That's a true statement, though some people prefer that
