There is only one minor adjustment to consider regarding the shower, which is adding maybe 2 bricks in height for a floor ledge divider so that the shower water will not run all over the bathroom floor and is contained inside the shower to drain, which I had added to my shower when I lived in Rwanda. I love the grassy areas! Very spacious home that American Black's would love ❤️
