A beautiful and spacious home. Loved it very much. For me I would definitely need a home with mesh screen at some of the windows, so I open for fresh air there are no crawly creatures that can come in. I live in Florida, US so mesh screen is a must for homes here. I don't believe Kenya is much of a difference.

I wonder how good the ventilation is especially at night when the windows are closed. Most modern designs leave out the traditional ventilators above the windows, yet there is no air conditioning.

Nicely compact built area and home and good program for rent to own. Great use of some solar features. The house layout needs some further tweaking for next project and the houses should have different colors as they are all the same at this Estate. Not too much privacy with just the bushes as property separator, so if sitting outside your neighbor can hear and see you plus those with animals, their pets will run out to road. As well, the developer could add some colorful flowers or trees for the landscaping; not just greenery. The aerial video shot was spot on; great videography team; keep up the great reviews of properties. People hope all the Viewers are immediately hitting the Subscribe button as this team does the best real estate reviews, thus far.

Unfortunately, there are no rent to own options on thika road at the moment. Being a prime location, I doubt we will have any.
