    Labels allow you to make a shopping list in 5 seconds - just add the "blank store" label.

    Hey Andrew, does your Actions list import tasks from other spaces to consolidate all your action items there? Does you dashboard module Tasks to Process sync to your actions list, and is the module an embed, rich text, or some kind of view to show the table in that format?
    How do you get your Quick Links module in your dashboard to look clean like that - did you link to lists by using a Rich Text module? Which weather & clock embed did you use, Indify or something else?
    Thanks for the great vid!

      Hey Abel. Sorry for the delayed reply 🙁. I did a Live Stream today, and figured I'd answer your question there. Here's the link: ruclips.net/user/liveLU4R6HKGU0g?feature=share&t=2563

    I am interested to learn more! specifically the folders, sub-folders, tasks, sub-tasks, checklists model ..... vs what you seem to be doing with tags and custom fields.... My brain is spinning, haha ! partly with excitement, partly with curiosity, and partly with dread-wonder how I would ever go back through two years + worth of items and re-configure .... if, if, if that's what I want and need to do ! :) 😀

      Thanks for sharing your experience Marilyn. There certainly isn't just one way to run Clickup. Finding what works for us can definitely be a journey.

      Yes. My folder > sub-folder > etc system works I guess, but I am interested in improving. I am not on top of all of the things and I feel like it could be so improved if I knew how! The tool is awesome powerful !

      @@marilynreece-sullivan2105 I'm going to be doing some more ClickUp videos soon. I've been waiting for the 3.0 features to drop.

    • @marilynreece-sullivan2105
      @marilynreece-sullivan2105 Год назад +1

      Even without any new features, I feel as if simplifying the system would be great.... Not sure how to proceed.
      One thing I've thought about is even making statuses consistent within spaces -- which sadly, I didn't really consider as I was initially setting up, adding folders with tasks within, etc.
      Another thing would be to understand tags, and how they might be used.... Across tasks, projects, spaces?
      I have tried to set up different spaces for the different larger categories of my personal and work life. Yet, as you have referenced, somehow I need to bring it all back together.

    This is awesome! I think it will help to explain how your LIFE OS is used. What is the Collect list for?

    • @OrangeNomad
      @OrangeNomad  8 месяцев назад +1

      I'm working on a few videos about my LifeOS. The collect list is for getting actions, ideas, etc out of my head and into ClickUp.

      @@OrangeNomad Ok great. Yes that would be a perfect video for us decluttering our clickup to see how the collect, action and ideas list work together and how the automations are set up to filter tasks to their assigned list. Does your collect list have custom fields that match other lists or is it just a dumping list and the tasks details are entered in on the actual list it belongs to once it’s been automatically moved there? Hope this makes sense.
