    I had been drawing four hours without a break when I stopped and watched ( and followed the instructions ). These exercises relieved the my pain. Thank you.

    I felt that palm/thumb exercise all the way through my forearm! I like that these exercises seem a lot more gentle than some of the exercises other channels have shown! I was diagnosed with carpel tunnel, but with it is a lot of tight muscles. Like, I can't straighten my fingers sans pain and gripping things is REALLY hard. I can barely do prayer hands nor grasp a ball 😅 Let's hope these exercises help some!
