Fun game! Let's see if anyone guesses correctly. I'll start giving hints if not. So I'm getting over a TERRIBLE cold and not quite thinking entirely straight. I was editing this video and it just looked so strange. I could NOT figure out what it was. And, then, I figured it out. hahahahah. SOMETHING is missing. Can you tell? Let's see if anyone guesses! First person to guess right wins. What do they win? A hearty congrats. Haha.
Mascara? Lol

@@mellokitty4186 YAY! Pink Sparkle!!! That comes out right at the turn of the thousand mark each time. It'll come back again as I near 10k. It's mascara. I forgot MASCARA!!!! hahahhahahah. What is WRONG with me???
I sometimes skip mascara when I don't have the inclination to scrub it off at end of night. 😂
I bought this and love it! My dry skin doesn’t do well with huda foundation but this concealer works for me. I still have to set it though with some powder. I got the shade 1.3 and its comparable to the dior forever correct concealer in 0N. The Dior forever is still my fave concealer for every day ❤️ I’m gonna try using the huda on my face too cuz it looked really good when you did that 😍
Hello Aline! So far I actually like it on the face better than under the eyes! So definitely give that a try.
OMG this comment is perfect! Not only do I have dry skin, but I also wear 0N and didn't know what shade to go for! Thank u(:
I see you buff it in. I only do that with cream contour and other wax based creams; I have to much skin texture. I think doing half the face in the way you like, and the other half with a sponge or a flat brush to lay down and a stippling motion with a medium to high density domed brush to finish it would be useful (no buffing). Buffing can apply and take off product in each buffing motion (so that you end up disturbing already set product) and disturb all the dead skin cells and make a mess. Some products can handle it but a lot cant, specially not on top of say mineral sunscreen (another layer that will be disturbed by the buffing).
Thank you, Liz!
I like full coverage concealers plus color corrector as I have very dark circles and hollows so this sounds promising. I also like the newer, thinner consistency ones. My current fave is the Patrick Starr. Have you tried that one? I have normal to dry skin and am 64 with some slight eye wrinkles.
Ooooo I really LIKE Patrick Starr and have not yet tried his concealer. I will though, on your rec!!!!
I loved this video you are so real in it!
Maybe that cold turned out to be good on you jajaja!🤍🤍🤍
How lovely of you to say that. Thank you so much! 💕

Hello Jessi! Actually very good around the nose. But....under the eyes....I'm not loving it still.
I felt that comment! “Why don’t you wear that as a foundation, why don’t ya”? That’s me! 😂

How do you push out this many videos?! I love it!!!
Hello Maria, haha. I do admit that I am an INTENSE human. haha. I work A LOT.
I got mine yesterday in coconut flakes, trying it today. I compared it to my holy grail Dior concealer, and it dried down really fast compared to that one. I also have an obsession with using too much concealer! And I have to say I think both shades made your skin look beautiful.
Hello Allison! I am having a better time when I go easy on the application...which is like telling a child not to shake the gifts under the Christmas tree to determine what's inside.

@@1989Channy ahhh I think I like my dior a bit better. But I’ve only used the Huda twice. I’m not giving up on it. I am a concealer mixer so I’m trying mixing my Huda and my 1N dior today.
I totally agree hunni unfortuntely this concealer was so cakey on me:( i prefer my holy grail lancome one
Darn it, Veronica. I think you are entirely right. STILL having trouble under the eyes with it. sigh.
Great 👍🏻 review! I love the way it looks on you!

Hi lovely Rebecca !! Great video and demo , these look nice and seem to blend well . But think they may be a little matt for me 💕, I know I’m late to the game but Mascara 🤣🤗
Hahahahhaha, Bridget! YES! Hahahahahahhahaha. How could I forget MASCARA??? It's like....a chef not bringing a paring knife. A fisherman forgetting a hook. And it's so funny because I'm just staring at the video going, "Something isn't right here..." but it took me until the next day. hahahah. I honestly have SUCH a brain fog.
I tried this in store yesterday and thought it was a bit too thick for me. What do you think of the luminous matte finish? More matte than luminous? Thanks for another fun review!
Hello Amber! Definitely more matte than luminous. Way more matte! I’m having better luck with it using a dab only under the eye. But it’s hard to be restrained for me. Haha.
Hello Rebecca, I have never tried anything from Huda Beauty.I have been using Lancer concealer for years when I wear it.Do you know if it’s getting discontinued? I am going crazy looking for it even my girlfriend is looking too. Thanks for the great video. You are truly a breath of fresh air !! Arleen 💕
Arleen! YOU are a breath of fresh air too. Always such a pleasure to see you in comments. Ohhhhh wow. They’re discontinuing your holy grail, you think? The WORST! I’m so very sorry. I have not tried Lancer concealer and now I want to! I will keep my ear to the ground and report back if I hear something.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Thank you for you’re kind words Rebecca !! I like this concealer with my becca smashbox corrector bc I also wear the coconut flakes but I feel it’s a little gray if I don’t wear a corrector due to it being just a little light
That makes perfect sense. Great work around with the corrector!
Hello! Great video(: How would you say this compares to the dior concealer (older one) if you have tried that one? It's my holy grail, but this concealer is really intriguing me!
Dior Forever? In the wider tube? Loooove that one. This Huda is thicker. Cakes more easily. But a bit more coverage. Just has to be a bit more carefully applied. ❤️
I picked this concealer up and so far i like it, i still think at the minute i still like my ABH and Nars radiant creamy abit more but I'm still testing it
Hello Debbie. I am still testing, too. today, I used a really scant amount on the under eye and had MUCH better results. VERY stretchy.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty good to know, thank you Rebecca 😊
❤️
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂like a special effects MUA ages you with the new Dior concealer, you always make my day!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣This one, maybe, a prep a lot with eye serums and eye creams with here, also not 19 years anymore. Pat McGrath it is possible dear Rebecca, but it costs more time, applying very carefully. 52 years here now, and still love it, but it takes much more time than, for instance, using some Chanel corrector in peach and the very thin Marcrene miracle stuff, or the very thin Chantecaille or Armani one, the one you showed, true! It is always watching out when getting a bit older because otherwise we look 10 years older Rebecca and nobody wants that! I prep and prep and prep, so maybe i'll try this one at ICI Paris here, but than in the lighter shade you showed of course or family of that shade. Thanks so much, enjoy your day!!!!!😘😘😘😘
I was reading your comment and I thought that it really is like a special effects makeup artist aged you. I completely forgot that I actually said that in the video. So I just agreed with myself! Very typical of me. Ha ha.
I’m normally a Tarte ShapeTape and PML because I need the coverage to cover my dark circles but this is intriguing to me for some reason. However, the sinking into my lines gives me pause. With Tarte and PML, I get the coverage and they don’t settle in my lines. I really wanted to try the Dior concealer but it got such bad reviews due to the enhancement of under eye lines and dryness. That was such a bummer because I love the foundation.
Tracie!!! I am having MUCH better luck with the Huda now that I am really applying a teeny amount under the eyes. This sort of restraint is difficult for me but it's greatly improving the performance. Now I kind of want to revisit the Dior and see if I can make that work too. But...I bet not. The PML and Shape Tape cake on me but it's honestly user error. I just go too heavy.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I might give this a try since it’s in the medium coverage. I’m curious to see a revisit on Dior even if it’s just a quick one on IG. One person who really liked it said to make sure under eyes are moisturized, but I think most people do that. I’ve never used any of Huda’s face products so I’ll have to figure out a shade
@@traciewarren1070 I think it's often, exactly, some sort of user error. But....it's hard to have to think while applying concealer. hahaha. But, yes, I'd love to know what you make of this one.
Just a suggestion, let ur concealer sit for 30 seconds before blending. You’ll get better results in that you’ll get better coverage and less creasing 🌸
Actually I speak about that in pretty much every other concealer video I do. Haha. Must not have in this one. Too funny.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Thank you for your tutorials 🌸🌸🌸

I’m interested in this one, I’m med/neutral tone skin, and been tied between these two shades. Which one has slight more peach in?coconut flakes was what I thought I could be… but in this vid looks quite light compared to swatch online :( so I’m thinking hmm as I don’t like a chalky too pale shade under eyes? It looks great shade on you though x
Hello Chantelle! From what you describe, you've got a slightly deeper complexion than I do so the Coconut Flakes would go a tad bit too bright. I think, actually, under the eye you'd be better with the warmer shade, that's still neutral, that I used on the rest of the face, the Sugar Biscuit.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Thankyou so much, I’ll give it a go. I’m actually trying the Dior sample atm the forever skin correct (think might be the one you didn’t like) I find it does crease.. hoping Huda won’t as bad
Ooo, let me know. Yeah, that darn Dior likes to crease. Sigh!!!
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty just wondered is it the dior forever skin correct that creases on you, or the backstage flash perfector concealer? 😘
@@1989Channy The backstage creases. The Dior forever is wonderful
I really want to try this. But I am on the fence. OMG I totally sold my Dior Backstage. It was awful 🤦🏻♀️
I have learned to use it sparingly. And then I actually really like it. I just have to hold myself back which is not my forte.

I’m just like you w using too much concealer but I actually find this one works better for me if I build it up little by little. Idk why but more looks smoother on me lol
I can actually see that would be true. . It’s a really nice concealer!!

So I’m back to the beginning and you were right all along. 😃 Boy, am I always searching for a magic concealer or what?! I never found one that I adore completely and on whom I will never cheat. I was so surprised to hear that the new Dior concealer was so awful on you. It actually works for me and as I am a lady of a certain age I have a lot to conceal. However based on your review I will be skipping on the new Huda concealer. Thanks!
The new Dior only doesn’t work under my eyes. It just wants to crease. I am having much more luck with the Huda today because I just used a tiny spec. It’s hard for me to control my urge to overapply!
I have a hard time with restraint also. That’s why I never do a no makeup look.😂@@NotFitforPrintBeauty
We do no makeup looks, they're just not no makeup looks! Hahah.
I hope this new concealer is better than her previous one; it was like putting concrete on my skin😅
This one is most definitely better and fragrance free, too. I am having much better luck with it today, by the way, putting it on very sparsely under the eyes.
Funny enough, I noticed Ulta had the Becca under eye brightener thingy? So I tried it, and omg. That shit makes my under eyes look soooo much better! Why am I just discovering this wonderful product? Haha now I will have to wear it under every single concealer. Assuming it's not discontinued lol 😆
Ooooo you know I have the Beeca undereye. Haven’t used it in some time. When used sparingly it’s so beneficial. I’m glad you reminded me. I believe I heard it’s one of the Becca products that has survived the demise of the brand! Good news!!
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty yes I actually think that the box said Smashbox/Becca? It's so beautiful. Just the right amount of brightening and luminosity
@@DanielleNicoleMakeup yesss. Exactly! It’s one of the items that smashbox saved! Bless them!
Looks promising Rebecca...not sure I'll ever find the perfect concealer to hide my darkness. I color correct, I conceal, I pray to the makeup gods...but those pesky under eyes!! Sigh...☹️
And I'm STILL having pesky lines under my eyes with this product. It's the under eyes that get us. If not, you and I would be perfect, right? hahah.
Hummm. I don’t know about this concealer. I have tried quite a few of them, either they’re drying, or cake under my eyes that settles even into lines I didn’t even know I had! Not a good look. The only one that has worked for me, so far, is the CdP one in the pen. I’m on my 2nd one now. Pricey, yes, but makes my under eyes look good. I recently purchased the Armani one, that you have. I like it as well, but I like the CdP one even better. I rotate between both. But, if I’m going out somewhere really nice, it’s the CdP.
I’m thinking this Huda one will cake up on me.
The Huda cakes if you use more than a dab. I have been working to control my over concealing tendencies and it's working much better but I have to hire a professional hand slapper.

Hi there what is the cdp concealor you use please ?
Honestly Rebecca I’ve tried so many concealers and I’m yet to find one that doesn’t crease or emphasise lines. The only thing that’s worked for me is NO CONCEALER LOL.
I understand Julie!! We need to come up with a new invention. Charge a ton for it. It’s called wearing NO concealer. Won’t sink into fine lines. Won’t cake up. Won’t lift other makeup. No irritation or allergies. Etc.
I have Julie's problem. I have yet to find a concealer that actually conceals! They usually disappear within seconds or emphasize lines that usually don't show. Even the big favorites like Lancome's newest don't work for me. Most of the time I don't bother wearing any. Fortunately, the only darkness I have is in the inner corners of my eyes, but sometimes I'd like to get rid of that. Rebecca, are there any concealers that will stick and don't show lines? I was hoping this new Huda one would work, but I'm sure it would be another concealer failure for me.
@@elizabethbarrow3801 have you tried using a small amount of colour corrector instead of concealer? A peachy colour to counteract the darkness. I love the CT vanish on it own or under a light concealer and I use a tiny amount of it. It’s lighter than a concealer and doesn’t crease.
@@elizabethbarrow3801 hello Elizabeth! Have you heard of the sensual skin enhancer by Kevyn Aucoin? I actually have a review of the newest version. It’s kind of like a balm that can act as a skin perfector or concealer. It’s in a lot of make up artist kits. Can easily be sheered out. It really adheres to the skin and a lot of people find that it works for them when other, more traditional concealers fail. Not to plug my channel but check out my video on it and see what you think.
Thanks for the tip, Julie! I should check that one out!
Oh Rebecca, if I may....if anyone understands hormonal acne, it's ME! I have had terrible acne since my teens- mid 30's now!!! 😲 I take great care of my skin, eat well, drink lots of water, etc. It's under control and not AS bad as it used to be but it is so frustrating and always there. I feel like I'll have it til the day I die 😡 Certain products definitely help but good lord the amount of comments I've heard to try 😅 I have tried everything lol
It’s a struggle, right???? My daughter has such bad hormonal acne. She doesn’t want to go on accutane but she suffers. And it’s constant. Terrible. Sigh. Solidarity sister!
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty yeah I don't buy that Accutane is the only solution. Unfortunately it's not an option for me. Hopefully we both outgrow it one day. I am nearing 40. Like REALLY?! So annoying
People use accutane and love their results so I am NOT throwing shade but I feel like you kind of trade acne skin for accutane skin. It's so red and peely, you know?
