Hrm... the secret room looks like it might be a future boss room, its got the same design style as those various mines around the map with a boss in it, like Blazamut's or Lilyeen Nocht, just isn't textured yet. As for that 'unlimited pal area' to be honest... it'd be less work to just roam over the volcano area with a moderately fast flying mount then constantly log out and back in like that.
You only need one foundation for the unlimited XP farm but I recommend building it off a cliff face if you can as the stones pile up and eventually block your ability to do it as well as can lag you out a bit.
To enter the secret rooms you can throw your mount pal on the space and click to ride it it will suck you out of there into the room. Can do that with the overwolrd too if you glitch underground by mistake
