Fact correction. Night star sands don’t just spawn at night time, it’s just easily visible during the dark. It’s possible to accidentally find it during day time if you happen to stand over it on the beach.
Not only that, it isn't exclusive to Feybreak. I have found it in other sandy places like the deserts too. There is a decent amount near the PIDF tower.
I love how adorable Smokie is, and I found a "Lucky" pretty earlier on which proves how common they are, but this lucky fellow was also near perfect with every stat rated above 95 out of 100.
8:55 nightstar sand does spawn during the day bro you just cant see it glowing during the day, you can find it during the day but if you cant see it, its easy to miss the prompt to collect it
with regards to the first triple hexolite spot, if you stand near the edge with your back to them and walk forwards using ether the metal detector and/or smokie there is a chromite node, with a chest that sometimes spawns below it.
What was funny to realise was just how little Chromite you need and how much Hexolite you need Though just afk farming the 3 nodes with pals and using a smokie in like 2 dungoens Making 500 bars and thinking why is this so much easier then Plasteel but then seeing you still need hundreds of plasteel :(
It's actually easier to just go into the dungeons because the one located towards the right side next to the gold insect boss has a node that has 7 chromite nodes and 7 hexite nodes inside. The dungeons also offer a lot more hexite and chromate than in the field. I'll get the exact coordinates and do a reply to this comment with them so that way you guys can find it easier
If u gonna use Smokie to boost your Chromite ore then to get that 2x amount of ore Smokie must be at 4 stars. U dont get that 2x boost untill hes partner skill is lvl 5. The good thing is that u dont have to target any specific passive skill so mass breading shouldent be an issue. If u wanna be hyper efficient i suppose u might wanna get the Mining Formen skill to mine the nodes faster including the Hexalite quartz but i cant se that being a big priority. Especially when the fastest way i´ve seen ppl mine Hexalite quartz is to 1-shot the node with a rocket launcher while mounted and reload as u run to the next node.
@AlcibienZandal thats true u can use it without condensing but simular to farming pals u do get more with each node the higher Smokie's partner lvl skill is.

@@AlcibienZandal True a building that increased oil production like the planting, watering and seeding buildings would be nice. Also assuming they havent patched this in the latest Feybreak update which i dont think they have, u can place 2 oil extractors on each oil well. However the placement and angle are very precise for that to work so unless u already know that u might have to look up a yt video explaining it. Assuming u dont play on a server u can bump up the amount of bases u can create. I have 3 oil bases with a total of 11 extractors giving me more oil then i know what to do with right now.
@@Shiftry87 oh yea, that I know. I have 6 rigs base at that 3 node spot in the volcano ^^ but yea, a building to decrease time on them would definitely be nice. Even maxed research speed is still a little slow
@markmeadows7569 what i mean is yeah, leave it at a base you built there. Would its partner skill still work or do you need to have him on your person.
eh i just use a metal detector and ride my astegon. evidently riding lv 4 astegon and just making him punch out the chromite or laser blast it still gives me the 150 ore anyway i just don't have to waste pickaxe durability or a rocket to do it while also not having to breed up a whole new pal vs just using my mining base guys that already are made for mining here too.
You really don't need much Chromite too, I collected enough accidently to craft 2,000 bars with it just doing a few caves. Its really just the Hexolite, hopefully we get a pal that increases Hexolite gains in the party

Nightsand is also in the Dessicated Desert in the north
Dark fragments are also scattered everywhere on the ground and can be picked up.

i caught a smokie which i used right away without condensing to 4 stars and get a lot more chromite than not using smokie

eh i just use a metal detector and ride my astegon. evidently riding lv 4 astegon and just making him punch out the chromite or laser blast it still gives me the 150 ore anyway i just don't have to waste pickaxe durability or a rocket to do it while also not having to breed up a whole new pal vs just using my mining base guys that already are made for mining here too.
