Try around 9-12 est standard time US or at night on the weekends same time if you can. Lag, hit detection, getting kicked from games and the 1 second thing are all still major issues in bigger lobbies tho. There is a group chat with most of the players on ps I could probly get you in if you want as another way to see when people are on

I wanna know if they fix the fatal crashes for ps5! What I’m talking about is sometimes I’ll be playing in randomly the game will freeze then it will turn to a blue screen, and then the entire console itself fatally crash and have to rebuild its database

Never even bothered with online really but when I did I had no trouble and I still play this game regularly

I love the game, I'm not even playing online. I'm not shilling, I have been playing the PS2 version for nearly two decades, so when this came out it really couldn't get worse. I knew that even with a rocky start it would get better. I'm still playing it today. Too many people are spoiled by modern games. If you loved the original, idk how you don't love this remaster. I haven't even tried online yet, waiting for them to fix it all. It's crazy to think I'll be one of a handful of people that will be on the multi-player screen. I'd say most people still playing it like me are on galactic conquest or rise of the empire campaign

Nice video as a whole, but I gotta disagree on the point of the Classic Collection looking better than the OG. While this is true compared to the blurry, washed out PS2 versions, the original PC versions of both games reign supreme, thanks to the Classic Collection's broken lighting and reflections. Notable examples include the reflections on the floor of the Kamino cloning center no longer working for BF1 CC, and the Mos Eisley cantina's lighting (both interior and exterior) being absolutely busted in BF2 CC. Plus the AI upscaling in the Classic Collection is not without some artifacting. When compared to the OG Xbox versions, sure the Classic Collection has sharper textures, a higher framerate, and more AI on the field, but the lack of fog in the Classic Collection leads to some pretty janky popping in/out of far away vehicles, which wasn't an issue on the originals. The aforementioned lighting/reflection issues also apply. Plus, the thumbsticks handle differently from the original Xbox versions, with BF1's being much easier to handle than BF2's on the Classic Collection imo. It truly is a shame the game launched in such a terrible state, with poorly planned server settings/numbers. Let's not forget the servers only had a ticket count of 100 when it launched, so games would be over within 2 minutes! It's certainly an uphill battle to get disenfranchised players to return, but I commend your efforts. Dead game. Dead game 2.
