(i also thought it was lowkey too slow but atst i loved it cuz it was SLOW and i was thinking like are u telling me that i can burn my fat with this slow speed walking workout? LMAO ㅠㅠ i wanna cry as u can tell there is no unit so i had no damn idea if it was miles or not but it means i lost that much fat even after i did this with a speed of 3km sooooo.... hahahahahahahahahahahaha DANG
you body definitely looks more snatched now! the results are impressive though you didn’t pay attention to diet and nutritions so no YO DID AMAZING!!! 15:15 ahh the muscles it’s all because you didn’t increase your protein intake enough 😢… my advice is keep up the good work and pay attention to your nutrition more and make sure to eat more protein…. good luck girly let’s hit the gym together! i love your content btw💘

You're doing great and look amazing for only 2 weeks of workout. Yes you need strength weight training to gain muscle but you also need to change your diet to eat more protein. Also, start doing beginner Girl pushups at home to add upper body muscle to chest and arms.
