Cleaning the carb and repairing of the reed valve. Done on Tomos a35 engine, but is useful also for other 50cc mopeds, that also use Dellorto sha carburetor, like Puch Maxi, Piaggio Ciao, peugeot 103 and others.

I just put a new sha 15 on my batavus. With the stock Jet 68 and no air filter I got it to start up and run good. Then I played around with the Jets and the air mixture screw now it won't start. Where should I have that screw

I have an A35 tomos with a 70cc kit on it and a 15.15 dellorto sha carb, the kit came with this aftermarket reed that seems very thick and firm and I heard people say there bikes wont start or run well with it, should I just use the factory reed?
For best performance you should try different thicknes. But the factory should work OK. Make sure you have the plastic one (fiberglass) cause the metal one might brake and destroy the cylinder.

Ja je možno. Treba je napilit kanale. Največja prednost je boljše hlajenje, ker ima večja rebra.

This is not a how-to video but a show to video and RUclips is full of them no talking no explaining what you're doing or why you're doing it or what tools do you use or why is important to do certain things and not other thing this trend has to stop you're not helping anybody really. It's like it's like that RUclips channel restocycle. He restores mopeds but doesn't show how he does it why he does certain things it's just a spit up video and you take it a step further by trying to throw in a few good-looking girls for views.
