I'm honestly glad I actually found a review that features actual clips straight from the movie rather than other reviewers who reused clips from trailers or whatevers available on RUclips over and over again, which, again, am glad. Great review!

You know what’ll be a better scenario instead of people moving to the arctic, how about the ice melting and Norm tries to cope with the changing nature.

Actually, that sounds like a clever idea - way too much to possibly be a part of NotN!
But then you would telling children about reality. We must make sure animation provides only childish simulation instead of tryin to expose them to harsh ideas. I hate How Hunchback had a guy singing about how he was being corrupted by lust, and how we see Mufasa’s dead body clear on screen, and how Mulan strongly implied that the Huns killed an entire village including the children. Children a young and underdeveloped which means our films for them should be developed to their level.
@@ricvaladez2563 yeah, we totally don't want to get kids out of their comfort zone and introduce them to new ideas that they can use to help improve our world in the future, all the kids films have to be childish and cliche because that's the only thing they'll pay attention to and it's the only thing that could possibly sell to theaters, kids don't need to be challenged, they just need to be distracted for an hour and a half with cheap animation and silly gags so their parents can get stuff done!

Funny, when you talked about how Norm should have eaten the seal and how it wouldn't hurt the rating, I was thinking of The Lion King too on how that movie didn't hide it! BTW at 5:30 I have a Disney cup just like that one!
Funny cause the anime people say it ripped off was about a Lion forcing everyone to go vegan basically. I could almost see Vegan Teacher using it to debunk the whole natural justification for eating meat.

Thank God that this was not a Pixar film!!! If it was, that would've been awful and Pixar would be ashamed!!!

I would also like to add that I have been a victim of Florence, too. My neighbors didn't even have power for a week, and no internet/cable for longer! But, the most troubling was "no power". Took about a week for the repairmen to do their job and turn on their lights, don't ya know? We have to deal with flooding, mosquitos, and that other crap, too, me in SC and plenty of folks in NC.

I don't agree with the fact that it's the average bad movie. The pointlessness, terrible CG and plot holes make it more of an interestingly bad film. However at the same time, people had an overreaction to it. People say it's WAY worse than the A&O franchise. It's worse than the first film (not by much though) and so much better than the sequels which is strange because the SP CG films such as a royal family tale and A&O sequels by Crest and splash(although to a lesser extent than Crest) have fan bases unlike norm which 90-95% of people despise.

I eternally hate myself for giggling a single bit at the number 1 and 2 joke, but I think it’s because of your reaction right after that scene, but then again that might be your reaction to me giggling at such a shitty bottom of the nutsack barrel joke.

I didn't hate Norm of the North, but I didn't love it either. I did, however, love RaisorBlade's review. He's a quality entertainer.

I saw it in the theaters when I was younger and it was the worst most boring movie that I’ve ever seen play in the movie theaters
You know movie did the same thing as norm the north it called barnyard the main difference between barnyard and norm of the north it had better comedic timing and it had most part of know when be funny and to be emotional and they stick to their rules of not talking to humans
Not true. There’s a part where the animals order pizza and have to talk to the pizza delivery driver to pay for it and somehow not reveal they’re actually animals, despite the delivery driver can clearly see they’re a pig and a cow. Same when the farmer sees Otis acting like a humanoid and Mules the mule keeps kicking him to keep it a secret. In Barnyard, it at least has better humor (somewhat) and shows Otis having a character arc where he is forced to grow up from being a literal party animal to being the next Mufasa basically. Yeah the movie is dumb, but it has its fans.
This movie is straight up terrible with having typical dumb toilet humor and trying to be hip and cool with kids by having a twerking bear in it. Norm doesn’t actually learn anything and is just a huge idiot in the movie.
Ok, in all fairness, i think the guy not wearing the mask COULD maybe work, since Vera still thinks Norm is just a guy wearing a polar bear suit, so maybe she just thinks that the guy is Norm without the mask, it’s still a really stupid scene, but maybe that’s the case
