I live in Durant OK and have learned so much from Matt and these videos! When I get a day off (probably after the holidays) I am looking forward to a drive down and check out Meat Church in person!
Just smofried some. The miller latte topped it off. Phenomenal. Keep spreading the good word. You’re the disciple of dinner, the cardinal of carne, his holiness of hog, the bishop of beef. The pope of poultry! God bless ya! Love your stuff man!
The biggest touring car race (Bathurst) in Australia is coming up this weekend and I always do a BBQ with lots of different food, after watching this it is going to be added to the cook up list, Thank Matt.👍
I got them to 175ish at the 1 hour mark. Finished them off on the grill just for char. 5 to 6 mins. Temp went up just a bit. Cooked perfectly. Doesn’t matter which marinade you use. Should be a good time and temp for all wing smokes.
When i saw "Tequila" I already press "like" and then only watched the video. And it was indeed promising. Gonna try this recipe this weekend. Can't wait, tbh ;)
OMG Matt this video Rocks Brother the wings looked amazing!!!!! Will be doing them soon when it cools off here in Las Vegas!!!!!!! Thanks for all the great Videos!!!!!!!
Hi, i love watching your videos and try some of this recipes.🤤 they are delicous. how long does the cook of the wings take until they are done? cheers from switzerland
Yeah, this has nothing to do specifically with the Tequila Lime Wings. However, I never even thought of putting Holy Cow on them. Anyway, I did and they were amazing. Smoked them with Oak on my Pit Boss Pellet at 250° for an hour, then finished on the grill just to get a little char (5 to 10 mins). Skins were crisp from the smoking alone. Average internal temp was around 180ish. Holy Cow they were amazing! Thx 🤯
Need some help with a pork picnic roast traeger 575. Here is the issue meat was cooked to 205 but the fat cap was not crunchy. Can you do a video on pork picnic on a smoker.
Love the videos - they make me hungry and I want to cook everything! I don't have time to read through all the comments on every video so perhaps someone has beaten me to the punch, but as you are the leader of the Meat Church, I refer to you as Father Matt. You need a shirt with that name on it!
Matt you pulled it off again...looks delicious! Thanks for another great recipe. Awesome haircut! If you don't like it, give it some time. It will grow on ya. 😖
Damn Matt! These look awesome! I'm gonna make Sunday and watch my Vikings beat the Chiefs! I also just learned a new way to eat the Flappers....never seen that before. Love the way you roll! SKOL!
OH sh%t! That does look good. I've been wanting to put something together sometime soon. I got a weekend camping trip coming up, and then we always have NASCAR and football at my VFW. Something new for me to bring to groups I hang with. There will be no dissapointed faces when they try this. Once again thanks. I got the recipe, only thing I may have to do is adjust it for what ingrediants you have and what I may not be able to get. But it will be good.
Let’s go!!!!
My man!
He's a niners fan dont trust him! 😂 jk
Saw the headline and immediately thought of you tfti

My God! They look amazing. I really wish I had a smoker to make them.
Great lessons. Did a smoked goat leg and salsa. Made nachos with it and was a big hit. Your holy vodoo worked great.

Superb video. first time seeing one of many! God bless!
Thanks for being here. They are a passion. We will see you every Wed at 10AM CST!
Considering using this seasoning and sauce for a turkey. What are your thoughts? Could the sauce be injected as a marinade instead?
Oh, man. My mouth is watering! I have a big party at my place every year for the Army/Navy game (go Army!) and these are going to be on the menu!
For how long did you let them smoke there ? And what degrees exactly?
Best regards
Loved the recipe, but what exactly does the tequila do for the flavor profile? Can’t figure it out
Smoked wings are the best - flavor can’t be beat.
Agreed
Great video Matt! Those wings looked absolutely amazing. And fall off the bone. Nice
Thanks for sharing!!!
Welcome!
Making those this weekend!

Meat Church for President 🇺🇸
That was a slick way to strip a flapper! Boom!
Thanks!
These look delicious! See you on Saturday at Q Fest
Just made this on my Traeger. Flavor was great.
But the skins were super tough and chewy.
What I can do differently to avoid that next time??
Looks awesome, Matt… no issues with rubbery skin cooking at a straight 250?
Making ‘em tonight for the UK vs UGA game! 🤙🏻 stoked to try them
This looks incredible!!! Will be trying this for sure. Now to find that chimichurri seasoning.
It's online and available in Amazon
@@oro5z I found it that night. Thinking though of trying to mix ingredients to make the chimichurri rub at the house. Thank you for replying.
They look amazing!! Bbq season here in Australia too😊
Heck Yes! The Q Club in Melbourne distributes us there.
@@MeatChurchBBQ will have to have a look😊
Looks great Matt. A couple of bars of Irish Spring will keep those flies away
We have tried it. It doesn't work here. Nothing other than my fly swatter works. Texas flies don't play.
Looks delicious!
So good!
Looks amazing
I cannot wait to make these! Your videos and recommendations have never let me down!
I'm so glad!
Tequilla! One shot for me, One for the wings...These look awesome.

The slick-ass way you ate that flat is epic. I love common sense. I WAS a drummie fan.
👊🏽
How long was the smoke time in total?
Very nice.......What a combo, tequila shot, lime, wings.......
that flyswatter part cracked me up!
I had no idea there was a chimichurri rub..! Move over 779 bbq spices..one more coming in!

How long did you smoke the wings for to get them at 195?
Looks like you got some stuff on sale at Thermoworks. I bought some of the same stuff last sale.

I'm gonna have to make these
Enjoy!
Brotha. These look amazing!! The cowboys have the 49’s #
I actually Holy Voodoo to taste in the majority of my dishes. It is the best rub on the market IMO and I can't get enough of it.

Nice job man!
Thanks!
Outstanding! Good stuff

Nice haircut! If I only had time to smoke some wings. These sound awesome!
The wing-eating technique at 6:50 !

Matt, those look killer!
Matt great video. I looked on your online store and could not find that nice wood chopping board for sale. Do you sell those and ship them to Canada?
Only for sale inside Meat Church BBQ Supply. The supplier is not equipped to meet demand and ship them.
What can I substitute the Tequila with?
Thanks.
Just drop if it you like.
Matt you pulled it off again...looks delicious! Thanks for another great recipe. Awesome haircut! If you don't like it, give it some time. It will grow on ya. 😖
What size is that cutting board !?!?
Dos Primos is good stuff. I prefer Avion or Herradura but I ain't never mad at a shot of DP.
Love Dos Primos
Damn Matt! These look awesome! I'm gonna make Sunday and watch my Vikings beat the Chiefs! I also just learned a new way to eat the Flappers....never seen that before. Love the way you roll! SKOL!
