    Ingredients:
    2kg white glutinous rice
    1.5kg pork belly
    400g minced garlic
    500g sliced ​​shallots (fried into crispy shallots)

    500ml coconut milk
    26pcs salted eggs (cut in half)
    500g red beans
    15pcs shiitake mushrooms (1 cut into 4 pieces)

    Seasoning:

    sugar

    practice:
    Bamboo leaves and Straw rope (soak in water overnight, cook for 15 minutes, then wash the bamboo leaves and drain)
    2kg glutinous rice (washed and soaked in water for 2 hours),

    Filling:

    Then add red silk and stir well, add 1 small bowl of water, simmer for 30 minutes, remove and set aside)
    B) Chestnuts: (soak the chestnuts in water for half an hour, peel them with a clip, clean them up, add an appropriate amount of water and cook for 20 minutes until the chestnuts become soft)
    C) 26 salted egg yolks, cut in half, set aside
    Put the wrapped dumplings in a large pot and cook for about 3 hours
