    Outdated info with React Native no longer using the JS Bridge in the 0.68 version in 2022. It has a significant changes in performance at the moment. Please remake this video.

      And does that mean has performance improvements?

      @@CanalMateriaGriz yes, significant improvements. It’s a lot more closer to native performance now. With time I think we will get there.

    Hey Pradip, do you think its worthy to learn kotlin or is better to a programmer be focused at these frameworks?

    • @itzpradip
      @itzpradip  2 года назад

      I think learning native development would be always good and that skill will be an advantage with these frameworks. But you need to look for job opportunities and future trends. I think if you're thinking for android native development then learning flutter and kotlin with it will be very good, you can leave react native.

    flutter is going to be big
    RN even after the new architecture is lil bit slow than flutter.
    Most of the RN packages are obsolete, been working on RN from more than 3 years, now switching to Flutter

      hey , can you give some idea why flutter is going to be big and how do you compare flutter app speed with react native ?

    • @sarcasticdna
      @sarcasticdna 2 года назад

      @@justinharshit5611 just look at flutter ecosystem, it's now able to produce code for macos and linux, and coming to development experience, flutter may seem a bit tough in the beginning but it's the best. Coming to speeds now with react native new architecture they got similar but look at the appsizes, flutter apps are close to native app sizes.
      React is awesome but if you ask me RN or Flutter as of 2022, Flutter is a clear winner.

    Hi Pradeep. I'm a React Native developer. Your videos have helped me in many scenarios.
    Now I'm confused about whether to choose Flutter or learn one of native platforms (iOS or Android) .
    The reason I value Native Platforms is because working on hybrid technologies feels good at the beginning but we are at the mercy of Native developers who are kind and talented enough to release 3rd party packages.
    Could you share your thoughts on this ? Shall I learn Flutter or go for Native platforms? If native, then which one would you suggest?
    Thank you

    • @itzpradip
      @itzpradip  2 года назад

      Native development will be always better. But to choose a platform you should consider few things, iOS can only be done with apple products, such as Mac and iPhone and it's high paying, but less jobs than android, so if you're capable to do that then choose Swift but before that look for the job opportunities and the skillsets which are required by those companies.
      For android, I think learning Flutter and kotlin will be best for any developer and when we're in react native I think that time we're at the mercy of other developers more compared to Flutter.
      So in my view Kotlin + Flutter = ❤️, but if you (or the companies you're applying for) have a good exposer internationally, such as US, UK & Europe, then choosing Swift will give you more benefit (** if you're within apple ecosystem)

      @@itzpradip Thank you for this detailed explanation.
      Could you clarify some more doubts regarding native development ?
      1. What's your opinion on developer productivity in iOS vs Android ? I've read that on Android, libraries get released and get out of favour pretty quickly compared to iOS ?
      2. How does documentation and general learning resources compare on both iOS and Android ? I've heard that documentation on Android is much better than iOS where developers often need to refer WWDC videos to get clarity on concepts?
      3. Which one have you used personally on your projects ?

    • @itzpradip
      @itzpradip  2 года назад +1

      I can't comment anything on android & iOS native development as I don't have any experience on these technologies. I've used both react native & flutter but now we're using flutter.
