      For me, meet the grahams doesn't feel quite as sinister (lol) without the bars. Still a very dark instrumental though. Thanks for the comment!

    Hey coach.. 🙋 How about lowering the barbel to the back of my head rather than in front? I tried the same with couple of reps felt great.

      My rule of thumb on behind the neck presses is just, if your shoulder joint feels comfortable, then have at it. Many people get shoulder pain, but if you don't I'm all for it. Because your elbows are more flared out you'll get a little more side delt with a behind the neck press also.
